The size and quality of the product was so amazing back support right on I had leg surgery and on a budget great value for the money easy to adjust

Tons of different ways to use it.
I bought this because we have sleep issues in this house - gerd, migraines, surgical recovery, etc. The design is great. It's very versatile with how many ways it can be used. It stays firm. I thought about taking it on vacation but I would have needed it as a whole and that was too big to fit in the Jeep on vacation. My only slight negative is the cover of it. It's very soft but isn't very easy to take off to clean. I'm going to make a set of covers for it similar to a pillow protector.

Not what I needed
Didn’t do what I wanted; can’t sleep on it at any level without neck pain. I’m just going to use it for reading in bed. 😢

Surprisingly Comfy!!
As soon as I laid on it I let out a big "Wow" because it was soft, yet firm and very comfortable. I have been looking for something like this for quite a while. The quality is really good and there's no weird smell or anything right out of the box.

Genius. Pieces handy separately as much as Velcroed together.
Genius idea. glad I tried it. actually use pieces separately more often than together.

It was a dud never expanded
Never flared up. Bought this for vacation and unfortunately it never inflated up.

Versatile
This pillow is so versatile. It's made of great quality material, and is very soft. It provides a lot of support for my back and neck when I'm watching TV in bed or reading a book. When I get ready to go to sleep, I simply reposition the pillow to support my side sleeping position. I highly recommend this pillow.
