This item came is such a small box - that was my first concern…Then we opened it - while I completely understand being told there is ‘assembly required’, NEVER have we had to deal with assembly like this!!!I can see DAYS being spent on trying to assemble it - and hopefully it doesn’t end up in the garbage can -PUT TOGETHER ALREADY!!!!!!!!!! Wasn’t nearly as difficult as we thought it would be!!!! And our puppy LOVED being wheeled around in the cart!!!!Would recommend this laundry cart over and over!!!!!

Bought this for an older relative to help with laundry as they can’t bend over so easily. It was easy to assemble, is light weight, easy to roll around and overall helps with the task at hand. Really helps make doing laundry easier for them since they aren’t having to bend over and pickup items off the ground.

This is a really handy laundry cart. It's high enough so we don't have to bend over to get the laundry out. The only thing I have against it and hence the four-star review is that the wheels are too small, and it doesn't roll over carpet easily. I wish it had large wheels that roll better. These little caster-type wheels pick up lint and hair from the carpet and it prevents it from rolling properly, so it stalls when trying to push it. Larger wheels would be a huge improvement. I wonder if the wheels could be replaced. Other than that, the cart is great, and it holds a lot of laundry.

This cart makes laundry day so much easier. My reason for buying it was I’m a little older and household chores are not as easy as they once were for me. No heavy laundry to carry and no bending over to get the clothes in and out of a regular laundry basket. Highly recommend it.

UPDATE: I’m still having issues with the fabric, but the customer service is wonderful! I with their help I did get the bag to on to the frame, but as soon as I put laundry in it the corners popped off. The velcro does hold, but the bag loses its shape when the corners pop off. Customer Service has offered to send a new bag if it doesn’t loosen up a bit. I’ve raised my review by one star and will update again.Really this should be a one star review. THE FABRIC BASKET DOES NOT FIT THE FRAME! After some tedious assemble (ignore the written instructions as there are plenty of mistakes and just go by the diagrams. Once it was all put together, the last step is to slide the fabric part over the top of the frame. The frame is designed to have one side fit inside the other, so there is a difference in width at the top. The fabric is designed to fit on two short sides, not one longer than the other as this cart is. Now it's pretty much useless! I purchased this after smashing up my ankle and being non-weight bearing for months to make doing the laundry a little easier from a wheelchair. TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED! 1st photo shows the fabric being too narrow for the frame on the wider side. Second one is the fabric fitting properly on the narrow side. Third is the side view of the cart. I don't know if I got the wrong fabric liner or if I just got a lemon, but I would love to hear from the manufacturer to fix this.

My front load washer and dryer doors open away from eachother so this is perfect to move wet laundry from one to the other. I've also been using it to move the dry clothes to where I fold them and the folded clothes to each room to be put away. It makes doing laundry so much easier. The cloth slid off the rails a lot so I added velcro to each corner but it was a great find either way.

Third time I've tried this review. Forget pix. Alert - ends of hinge pieces should go down or wheels are worthless. Diagram is right but mine came with those pieces parallel to the floor and I thought it was ok since it was preassembled. Also, the linen bag may or may not fit over the 4th corner. Mine did not. I've spent an afternoon of the rest of my life on this thing, and since it will stay in my laundry room, moving 4 feet back and forth, washer to dryer, I am not returning it. Great idea, deplorable execution.ADDENDUM: THIS is an addendum to my review. I heard from Elyken's service team right away and I have to say it was impressive. I'm not sending my cart back not even for a refund. Despite a couple issues with the cart, it works fine for me, maybe better than if put together right. I appreciate the response of the Service Team and wanted to add this note.An additional note - per ELYKEN'S advice I turned the linen bag around, left to right, and it fits! Aside from feeling kinda dumb, I'm excited about the pocket this revealed, perfect for my 2 spray bottles for spot treatment. I'll leave the wheels the way they are as a matter of personal preference. But if yours end up flat to the floor and you don't want that, they'll give you all the help you need to fix this or any issue at ELYKENGood people. That makes this a great product.

The larger size is perfect. Folds up for storage. Easy to move from room to room. Especially helpful for me at 77 years old. Took my younger daughter 45 minutes to put it together. Lots of small pieces/screws. Easier for a young person to put it together.
