The media could not be loaded.  This is not the end of the world, but omitting this detail from the product description is a little questionable since many people are only going to be using USB-C to USB-C given we're living in 2023. You're also going to prompt returns, which is annoying to everyone involved.

The media could not be loaded.  Light works ok love the different modes but the remote control doesn’t work and I’ve tried everything to get it working and still nothing. Tried getting support but the troubleshooting was no help.

The light is VERY DIM, not bright AT ALL what’s so ever!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING!

This light wasn't what I was expecting. The RGB is in the center behind the lens giving a spotlight effect while the white leds are only on the outer diffused area. Gives some interesting effects. Because of the lens the RGB has some chromatic aberration around the edges of the spot and around shadow edges. Gives things a bit of the cyberpunk look which can be fun. Just don't expect the kind of precise RGB light of more expensive lights. For $10 it's fun to have in my light kit.
