A: Hello, 

This model does not include a cell phone pouch. However, it does include a cup holder and large storage pouch. This chair does not have wooden arms.

**Q: I know it doesn’t recline all the way but is it adjustable at all?**
A: If you lift the handle, there are ( I believe) three settings to recline. 1) sits up straight 2) mid way recline 3) slightly lower than mid way. 
The backpack strap do adjust to make tighter and looser. I hope this helped.

**Q: How wide is the seat?**
A: 23.5" between the arms, the actual seat (the cloth part) is 22"

I saw some negative reviews and was hesitant to purchase 2 of these chairs. I am glad I did. They are great beach chairs. Agree that the back could be a little taller as when you sit all the way up, the head rest area is a little low for comfort. But when you recline it back as I usually do hanging on the beach, it is fine and head rests where it is designed to. Seat is a little wider than the standard beach chair. Which, in todays world of people being bigger than we used to be, the extra room is great. Easy to carry and good quality materials used. The velcro pouch closure is not adequate to keep pouch closed. simple to fix with adding some more velcro. not a big deal. Overall a great, comfortable, well made, beach chair. Highly recommend.
