The Throne of Broken Gods: The MUST-READ second book in Amber Nicole's dark romantasy series! (Gods and Monsters)

So far in all the romantasies with enemies to lover concepts that I have read, Dianna and Samkiel combination is kind of superseding. I'm so much excited to read the next one. Since from the 1st book to the end of this 2nd book, nowhere I felt to keep the book down. It was so compelling, I really hated the sleep and drowsiness which forced me in the nights to close my eyes and have a nap. Who would really want to sleep, when we have a novel in our hand that gives more than what we expected in a Romantasy novel? I humbly thank the author for delivering such a wonderful novel and I hope to feel the same in 3rd, 4th and upcoming books in this series. Thanks again Ms. Amber Nicole.-Hariharan

Oof, the ending! I want to see our vengeful Queen Dianna once more in the next. I can already tell Samkiel and Dianna together are going to be such a powerful couple after this. They already were but you know what I mean.Also, this book was focused more on grief and loss after what happened in the previous book which I liked. I appreciate a book when it let's the characters take time to mourn properly and there are talks of depression and other mental health issues.This book was perfect in every sense. Man, don't we love a book with feminine rage 😁😍

The book series itself is good

I finished The Throne of Broken Gods, and I must say it was an absolute masterpiece. The story was so captivating that words alone fail to express how incredible it truly was. It was a bittersweet experience for me, as the emotional journey I went through while reading it was both heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time.Watching Dianna cope with grief, pain, and betrayal was heartbreaking. All she wanted was to seek revenge against those who had wronged her. Despite her immense power and intelligence as a female main character, she often lashes out at others in an effort to protect what remains of her shattered heart. Dianna has locked away her emotions and allowed her thirst for vengeance to consume her, making her a formidable force to be reckoned with.Could it be possible to love Samkiel even more than I did in TBOA? It seems that the answer is yes! He embodies all the qualities of the perfect book boyfriend. Samkiel is sweet, patient, and fiercely protective of Dianna. He refuses to let her succumb to the darkness and is determined to bring her back to her former self. Samkiel sees her for who she truly is and is not afraid of her.I loved all the fight scenes with Samkiel and Dianna because it was freaking epic! The world building was Intriguing, woven with secrets, prophecy, mystery. Samkiel and Dianna push and pull each other limits. The tension was so thick that it could be sliced with a dagger. The long-awaited spicy scenes were finally delivered and worth the wait!

This was not it for me. I was looking forward to reading this, but there was hundreds of pages filled with filler. The last few chapters is where the action really happens and the only decent part of the book. This book has 800 pages and only 10% was plot.

Que livro perfeito!!!!O livro começa com uma Dianna deprimida, o que é considerável, afinal ela passou por muito coisa.Samkiel fazendo de tudo para traze-la de volta e lindo demais.Diana mostrando todo ódio pela traição de todos foi perfeito.Esse é um dos livros que o vilão é vilão mesmo e todos nós queremos ser como ela.O final é surpreendente e a forma como a autora nos prende é melhor ainda.Vamos ganhar essa guerra, Di!!!

It did drag out a little as there was a lot of repetition that could have been avoided but it still kept me rivetted to the story. I'm loving the side characters too as they are so well written that you want to know more about them. Cameron is a favourite! Onward to book three.
