Very comfortable
I love this pillow, my sleep quality has improved. It provides the perfect support, fit and firmness. This pillow is very durable.

Great for side sleeping
I was developing numbness and tingling in my fingers on one side. Knowing this was from my pillow being too old, broken down and too low, it was putting my neck in improper alignment while sleeping. This thicker pillow gave my neck the support it needed while sleeping and the numbness went away within days. I am female and 5’10” and this pillow was the perfect size for me for side sleeping or sleeping on my back

Medium / firm density
This is a medium density pillow that actually functions for back sleeping. However it might be too firm me. I’ve struggled with pillow after pillow that squishes down too thin when I sleep on them but this one doesn’t. It functions for back and side sleeping. It has functional arm rests for back sleeping too.

There is a button in the center of the pillow.
As I said in the headline there is a button in the center of the pillow that holds the covering together. That button is right where the back my head would lay and press into my head. Very uncomfortable! I am a side sleeper 80% of the time and I could not get comfortable sleeping on either side. And also, I feel that the pillow does not support the back of the neck enough. It's almost like you are lying flat out on the bed.

Uncomfortable
Very uncomfortable. Is supposed to help with neck pain in my option this creates neck pain. Waste of $30. My husband threw away the box because I was gonna send it back. I gave it to the dogx

Best neck support ever
After purchasing multiple pillows over the years for neck support, this one is the real deal. I am a side and back sleeper and can feel the support. Amazingly, the back tightness I always woke up with, is completely gone. I am attributing that to this pillow, as there have been no other changes in my life. This is actually the second one I have purchased as I don't ever want to be without it.
