Dawn Patrol or Twilight Zone
That's when you should fly this sweet little bipe outdoors. Around here that is when there is no wind. It flies poorly in 3mph winds, but very well in 0 mph winds. Don't fly it if there is any wind!I recieved the package in good condition. Unfortunately the 5 AA dry cells had gone bad and were leaking. Threw them out as I had plenty of my own in good shape. This is a true "ready to fly" model. You could be flying as soon as the flight battery is charged. I took a little extra time and painted the pilot figure and cockpit. My first flight was in a tiny bit of wind and was difficult. My second flight was at 7:00am and went quite well. ROG and don't forget the right rudder. Take of at half throttle. Cruise the same. Flying around was very easy. Tried a loop but because of the flexability of the wings it would roll out of the loop. Also, it is a very noisy plane for an electric. On landing: The plane sinks fast when you cut power.Out of the box it's a nice little biplane that looks good in the air and is easy to fly. Of course I been flying R/C planes since 1975!

If you know what you're doing you could have fun with it
WARNING - this plane is made of paper-thin foam. If you know what you're doing you could have fun with it, but expect to spend a lot of time repairing it. Mine was crushed beyond repair in the box when I opened it, just from shaking around during delivery (the seller didn't bother to write "Fragile" on the package). I would not recommend this to inexperienced RC pilots.

Well i don't really ever write reviews but i do have to say this plane is awesome. just got into this hobby and new i would have to learn on planes like this. Most enjoyable in very little wind, i have flown in 5 mph but very hard to control.i will highly reconmend this little albatros.

This is not a "TOY"
This is a great little "indoor flier" radio controlled (RC) airplane. Like many before me, I think Amazon needs to take all RC aircraft out of the "toy" category, and create an "RC Aircraft" category. The plane comes complete, and ready to fly. The box is used as a carrying case, with room for exta batteries, etc. I would not fly this plane outside, except in zero wind, not even a breeze. The plane is very fraglle, and is not a "toy", and not suitable for children. The batteries need special care, and pose a fire/explosion hazard. They are very small, and pose a choking hazard also. All, in all, this is a very nice product, and as usual, Amazon came through again.

Two Stars
Planes are far to brittle. One crash & its almost all over with. Hard to fly too.

Very disappointed.
Arrived non-functional. Motor binds, thereby preventing prop from turning. Very disappointed.
