I have used a number of blue flame cigar lighters over the years and have found that they can be either gorgeous or affordable, and never both. Not the case here. This lighter is as beautiful as it looks. It's very nice and compact; perfect for any pocket. It has a two step light: flip open the lid and then strike the wheel. The lighter lid is very secure; I never feel as though it might come open in my pocket. The flame is adjustable as any similar lighter is.Here's the amazing part...this package is a duo! There are two of these amat lighters included. I've got one in a drawer at home with my cigar accessories and the other in my travel humidor. Brilliant product!

First lighter was done in a day. Used the second lighter for about a month or so and it gave out as well. They went from a torch lighter to regular flame. Upon blowing compressed air to clean them they now function properly again.

Overall this is a mediocre lighter that is not bad but not great either. The mechanism to open and close the gas valve is a bit cumbersome and poorly designed in my opinion. It also seems to waste a lot of butane compared to traditional lighters that use a press down button to keep the flame lit and there is no way to see the current gas level. Also I tried to adjust the flame on one of the lighters by rotating the gas adjustment screw but it didn't seem to have much effect on the flame size. The color of the lighter itself is somewhat ugly in my opinion and is somewhere between gold and brass and is real cheap looking. On a positive note I think the old style flint wheel igniter works better than those electric spark igniters which are very prone to failure and it seems to produce a nice strong blue flame.

The shiny gold look is stunning, and it fells great in your hand. The size is perfect, not too heavy and super easy to carry around. I have been searching for a lighter like this. The windproof torch flame is good for outdoor use in rough weather. It stays lit for a long time when filled with gas and is way more durable than other lighter I have tried. Super satisfied with this purchase!!!

Will not stop leaking butane

Love this little pair of lighters, they feel great in your hand and spark exceptionally well. They come in a great presentation box with an adjustment tool too. Highly recommend.
