Needs more robust cable and plug.
Not impressed it was supplied with a ceramic normal plug, which heats up ( live pin gets very hot). It really needs a rubber plug. I have brought a oil filled rad instead and this seems safer.

Dimplex should try harder.
Oh dear. This is only my opinion but the heater seemed tinny! The instruction could have been written more clearly, and it gets very very hot when on 2kw. It would need to be behind a guard if there is a young child around.
