Light is easy to set up and is nice and bright. Did not give me a headache like some other lights I have tried in the past have. I have had this brand before and it lasted years. Hoping this one does as well!

I am a retired mental health counselor. They are portable and you can move them to wherever you are. You can set them up by where you're working or by your exercise equipment or in the kitchen when you're prepping food. The light is nice and bright, so for those that have some vision challenges it can if you set it up while you do your paperwork Very reasonably priced on sale! This is the third one I have purchased. I used to have one going in my office in Washington early in the day. Lots of health benefits.

I have only had this "happy light" a few days, but it seems fine and think it will help me out during the winter and also these last two months when we had so much rain! We are 10" ahead for the year & that becomes simply tiresome to me. Packed well and no issues with the light.

I thought for sure this was going to be a gimmick. When I use it I actually notice a difference In my mood and energy especially for the winter months. I’ve recommended to family and friends that suffer with seasonal depression. Using in the morning while doing makeup or just waking up in bed super easy to implement into the morning routine. Super bright! I noticed it I left it on for more than an hour id get a bit jittery so I’d only do the recommended hour.

My light arrived very quickly and I am thrilled. It is small and slim, kind of like a smaller tablet. It was easy to set up - just plug in the cord which is smack dab in the middle of the back, a tiny hole. The on/off button is on the top right edge. Warning - the light is BRIGHT. I was kind of put off by how massively bright it is, but... I am enjoying it by keeping it on a table to my side. You do not have to look directly into it ( you can't b/c it is like looking at the sun). It will do its work even if it is just at my side. I journal each morning and like having it on the table beside me. I have noticed an unexpected benefit - I can write without my glasses!!! I wear glasses for everything, but I can see perfectly to read without them when I read or write next to my Verilux. Who knew???I always go outside and sit in the sun as soon as I get up in the morning, so I can get my day/night hormones set for the day, but now with darker mornings of little or no sun, I feel this light is the perfect solution. I have a friend who uses this light to head off depression related to dark winter days, so that is another benefit I am looking forward to.The price was excellent and I highly recommend this Verilux product. You will not be disappointed!

bought this after a coworker brought it into work. I like the idea of this, since I feel like I get very down and out and sleepy when the sun doesn't shine for a couple of days - and that happens in MN. I would have rated higher although the stand that supports the light is cheap, in fact it broke. So now I have to prop it up in order for me to use it. Be aware it is VERY bright. So dont look into the light!
