The hand crank pump is not for use with gasoline as gasoline will degrade the internal wipers on the pump almost immediately causing the pump to leak and stop pumping. Mine melted down internally within 2 days. Can't be returned to Amazon because it's contaminated with gas so Amazon did the right thing and just issued a refund and told me to dispose of the unit. I mean really, selling something labeled as Fuel Caddy and it doesn't work with gasoline. Crazy.

First time use please send another pump casing. Leaking grease out of it

I love the idea of a manual pump transfer case, however this one falls short. The aluminum tube that runs from the bottom of the transfer case to the pump is very thin. Even after using plumbers tape at seals, it still leaks. No way to contact the manufacturer for replacement. So you either must go through the hassle of emptying the tank and sending it back, or find a way to resolve by spending more time and money.

No assembly instructions, but it seemed fairly straightforward. That being said, after filling it with 28 gallons of fuel, the hand pump did not work at all and I was forced to manually siphon the fuel out. That pretty much defeats the entire purpose of this device. Amazon customer service for the win, they took it back even after two months. But I will be looking at another option for my prepping fuel storage.

Sold as a 32 gallon tank and topped it off with 26 gallons. Good product but false advertising for sure

When I received everything I was a little overwhelmed by the size of the boxes but once opened and assembled it was actually a good size for my needs highly recommend. I will now put it through it’s paces.

This gas container leaked immediately from a seam in the plastic after I filled it for the first time. I had no ability to plug a hole and stop the entire 20+ gallon contents from leaking all over my garage and driveway. I would never buy another product from this company.

Arrived in good condition. Opened box and items inside main box were beat up and included one empty box. Don’t know if there is something missing or not as there is no documentation listing contents.Zero instructions for assembly. Got it put together easy enough though. No grounding strap to fill while leaving it in truck. Will need a ramp or tractor to put back in truck and remove from truck after filling.
