e.l.f. Halo Glow Liquid Filter, 0 Fair

Really love this product I hope they never stop making it! Its light but covers, blends and is really pretty. It gives a kind of glow like sewing not shiny or sparkly. Would recommend. Its not too thick or too thin this formula is amazing! I always feel so glowy when I wear it and it isn't thick and cakey. It blends well with concealer as well, like under eye concealer. Would definitely recommend for price, for the fact that ELF stands for the right things and are an amazing ans affordable product. It lasts me all day with minimal powder. I just put a little blurring powder in my T zone and it always lasts, even on hot days. It lasts at least 8-12 hours.

Elf is an amazing brand, so it's no shock that their Halo Glow Liquid Filter is amazing, too. It is a medium-light coverage foundation that provides a dewy and glowing face. I love pairing it with bronzing drops or mixing it with my moisturizer. Overall, this product's impressive quality and price make it a staple!

I like several of the elf “dewy” look products and was excited to try this. I thought it was a little pricy at first but once I received the package I realized it was a good sized bottle and not a lot of product is needed each use so the price is reasonable. It is super easy to blend in to your skin alone or with other products. I love how it makes my skin look, and I felt like it lasted for a long day. I wish it had spf but since it can easily go over other products that do have sun protection I can’t complain. Would definitely buy again.

I would not use this as an all over foundation, a bit too glowy for that. But it is an excellent spot highlighter for that extra zing needed o. Special occasions. Easy to apply, spreads well.

This stuff is so great and so cheap. My go to concealer every time. I actually compared it to a $50 concealer I got through a trail thing, and the $50 was so watery and didn’t look like I had anything on under my eyes at all. This is 100% coverage all the time all day long.

Would give it a 3.5 if I could! I often purchase this for the summer when I get a little bit of a suntan since it's so affordable. It has a light-medium buildable coverage that I enjoy. I have dry skin and this feels moisturizing. Downsides: it can feel slightly thick/tacky, and it sometimes has a greasy feel/finish. The smell is a bit cheap/chemically; for the price, I wouldn't expect any cosmetic elegance. The shades are strange and all a little too warm for me, so I often have to mix it with something else. Currently, I use this to mix with other complexion products if I want a more luminous finish and if I need to darken the foundation color.

This is the best dupe for CT product. I use it as a base underneath my foundation.
