I was happy to find the Henckels brand pans on Amazon. We have a couple of them but needed an 8 and 10 frying pans. These pans cook so well, non-stick. Once they are hot you can turn the heat down low. Highly recommend them.

Have cooked with this pan using nothing like butter or oil to cook the meat in. Super easy to clean.Cool, wipe out grease with paper towel and discard.Use warm water and soap and rinse.

These pans clean easily since food does not stick to them

On the product’s web page they say metal utensils can be used. The included instructions say the same, but also say it’s best not to use metal for longevity.Product’s web page says it is oven safe to 400F. The included literature says 300F and not under a broiler. An intended use of this pan for me was to finish steaks in the oven at 350-400F (not under broiler). Now I can’t do that and this is the basis of 3 stars. Had they said 300F on the web page I wouldn’t have gotten them and been happy.Otherwise, I like these pans. Not too heavy but thick enough to evenly distribute heat across the bottom. The non-stick surface is truly non-stick. Eggs float around in the pan. Corned beef hash can stick in oiled pans that aren’t seasoned enough but in this pan didn’t come close to sticking. I did use a splash of oil but probably didn’t need to. Couldn’t be any easier to clean.I’m replacing an old non-stick pan that can go into the oven because it sticks now and another old non-non-stick pan that I managed to warp that also can go into the oven. I will now keep one to finish steaks since the Henckels are limited to 300F.

These pans seem like a really good quality and for the price I'm especially satisfied.

These pans are lighter than expected. Most disappointing, however, is the lack of definition between the bottom and the sides. Too much of a slope makes it difficult to stir, flip and move the contents without it going over the edge. I see Henckel has some other pans that have a better edge and are heavier. I won't use metal utensils on these because I want them to last longer than a year. So far, these are ok, but a little steep for the lightness and shape flaws.

I've been using these pans for a couple months and they've been great. The non-stick is really non-stick, it's easy to clean up and lightweight yet not too thin that it burns easily. The pans are thick enough to heat evenly and retain the heat while cooking.
