The installation was quick and easy, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. I absolutely love this faucet! I needed one quickly as our last one broke. I needed to fulfill certain requirements, plus not spend a ton. This faucet fit the bill. It is beautiful and the pressure out of both pieces is fantastic! Much better than the previous faucet. The light on the one piece is a great bonus. It was not part of my 'purchase decision' but was an additional benefit that I truly love. I can use the sink when it's quite dark without turning on any other lights and it gives a nice glow--I think it simply runs on the water pressure as it doesn't light if you put just a very light drip, but it is a very nice brightness when water is running full. I was worried about needing to replace a battery or something, but there is nothing there running the light, so again, must be the simple water pressure.The faucet easily moves, both pieces independently from one another, the brushed nickel is a beautiful finish, it looks fancy, but is totally useful and not just pretty. Every piece moves smoothly. I like that you can make each piece work independently or together.Two considerations that could be drawbacks, though not even enough to lose a star in rating:*Although the pull out piece is quite high, it does not reach out as far as my last faucet. I used to be able to fill a pot sitting on the edge of the sink or pull the faucet out over the edge of the sink to fill a bucket on the floor (we have farm animals and sometimes need to fill buckets from inside). I can reach anywhere in the sink with the water stream, but not over or above it without spraying where I don't want it to go.*The stream from both pieces comes out as tiny little individual streams instead of one solid stream--which is probably what adds to the great pressure, so that is a positive there. But it does cause 'splash' and if you are filling something with water, it makes it look kind of cloudy for a bit because of all of the air bubbles from each individual stream hitting the water already in what you are filling.Overall, I would highly recommend this faucet.

First off, this is great for deep sinks. That said, I have a Non-Standard shallow sink. The versatility of having Multiple on points makes all the difference. I've been able to set a flow rate that keeps the Splash Back from the sprayer making a mess, and leave it set without impeding the use of the tap. Best setup yet for Antique Mobile Homes, since the tap has elevation. Both the tap and the sprayer move independently. Another nice touch, there is no hose moving behind the sink to use the spray head. No more getting snagged trying to use the spray hose!!Easiest Installation in the world!! It was installed and Chalked in 20 Min. It took 15 min to get the old hardware removed, so yea, a very EASY and Straight forward install!!

The faucet is amazing...! The water pressure is forceful on all modes... Easy to install with the right tools... Looks great works great... We love it....!

I bought my original faucet 10 years ago For $200 it gave out on me so I buy another one. I was getting ready to pay $250 for another faucet but found this one on Amazon for 86 bucks with a discount. The craftsman ship is immaculate functionality of this faucet don’t waste your money on any other faucet. Pick this one I give it 10 stars.

when i got it and set and it is annoy me because it is too smaill not right size enence the sink and it is shorlty measure and i need to middle of running water in the way splash over back countertop and need met middlle of sink will work well so currently it was not currenlty measure not middle of sink and fawcett are shortly if you have and correclty measure of middle strighht water running beacuse my sink size is 32'' x 20 that why i got problems it is shortly running water to cleaner space and when i ordered it was shortly and not met wide ..if you find one same desgin and little bigger one will fit and can be replacement maybe differtence the price i will pay. please thank youplease contract me john thank you

I purchased this product about 1.5 years ago. I noticed recently that there was some fraying occurring on the hose, so I reached out to the company to see where I could purchase some new hoses. If you haven't owned a faucet like this before, this happens every time eventually, as the hose rubs as you move it around and eventually frays and pops. The hose is actually really short on this product compared to the others I have owned, which is actually really nice, but also lead to more rubbing (as you pulling on it more).The client responded very quickly and asked what piece I was referring to, so I gave them the details. The company than proceeded to say they were sending me a new faucet. I told them all I wanted to do was buy some new hoses and they still sent a whole new faucet anyhow. Most companies you have to fight to get answers or replacement parts, but this company went far behind that and replaced the entire product.Great price on this product and it is a solid product. The wear is expected, as I have been using these faucets for probably 12-15 years now. They make dish time so much more fun. Thanks again for the great customer service!
