I'm really pleased with this travel-sized pillow! Thought the memory foam would be too soft and squish down flat when I lay my head on the edge (side-sleeper), but that hasn't been the case at all. The foam is soft and very comfortable for my face & head; it does give a bit so it's not at all too rigid, but still holds my head up well and cradles my neck comfortably, too. I've had neck pain when sleeping ever since a hit-and-run car collision a few years ago; this is the first pillow that keeps its shape on the sides so that it completely cushions my head and neck in the correct straight angle, not flattening out with the weight of my head the way too many memory foam pillows do. I bought the travel size pillow for taking with me everywhere we travel rather than hauling about my regular-size pillow. And guess what: Now I use this travel pillow at home, too! Because I *love* that it's only 15 1/2 " inches long. With regular size contoured pillows (23"x14") I'm always shoving it over to lay my head on the edge (side-sleeper) when I turn over from one shoulder to the other as I sleep. I have to scoot over a foot or two to get to the other edge of that regular-sized contoured pillow. This one is so short that it can stay put as I turn onto the other shoulder. It's fabulous! Also: This pillow came in 3 layers, trimmed so that each layer is nestled together and will never slip as it might if they were 3 straight-cut layers. I've kept that inner layer in so that the pillow is at its maximum height of nearly 5" on the larger wedge, which when it sinks in just a bit is perfect support for my neck. I bought some travel-size pillow cases too (12"x16"), but found out quickly that there's no way this pillow fits in that small size case even though the pillow is approximately 11"x15". Those true "travel size" cases are for *flat* pillows with little depth to them. Since this contoured pillow adds it nearly 5" in depth, I just bought "toddler-size" pillow cases (13"x18"), so hopefully it'll be big enough for the extra depth of this fabulous pillow. I'll update this review for the toddler pillow cases when they arrive.

I have had very bad neck pain, which was affecting my back and making it very difficult to lift anything over a few pounds. The pain went into my shoulder blades, it was awful! I was skeptical about this pillow. I have tried other ones and they were always too high. I thought I would try this one since you could remove a layer to adjust the height. I'm so glad I did. The pillow arrived with a smell, but that quickly goes away with a little airing out. I removed the middle piece to make the height lower and it was perfect for me. NO MORE PAIN! It's completely gone. The pillow is soft, but supportive. It has worked like a charm. I'm thinking about buying another one, in case they stop making this one. I wouldn't want to be without it.

Update: January 13, I had to remove another part because it felt too high, now I feel fine, I was able to relieve my neck pain with this and the help of the Tens 7000. I recommend it. The pillow is comfortable, but I had to remove the center part to make it more to my liking, because it felt too high, and it still feels high, but I'll have to get used to it. The pillow arrived with a strong smell, the same one that many have complained about. My solution was to let it air out for a few days so the smell would go away, take it apart and put it outside, which made it much better. The advantage is that in my country we have a pleasant climate of 26° that allows the strong smell to go away quickly. What I like most is that the pillow can be taken apart.

The best pillow 🤩 This cervical pillow really helped reduce the tension in my neck. I sleep much better now and wake up feeling more comfortable. Great support and very comfortable.

Excellent- small and soft. Perfect for my neck which has some compressed discs. As an average to petite person I did not want a giant pillow. I’ve used this several weeks and it is a winner! You can flip it for one option of size and also remove foam.

Pros: the foam is comfortable and firm. Seems like high quality. I like the stability of the thickness—doesn’t change through the night. Cons: the pillow does not stay flat for me, it rolls up like a hot dog bun. This is annoying but doesn’t seem to effect my sleep. But, it does cause the pillow to seem to move towards the headboard. My usage: I removed the middle layer to adjust the thickness. I am a back and side sleeper and use a full face CPAP mask. I don’t have any problems lying on my side, don’t feel like I am “sinking” into the fill with this pillow. Rating: I deducted two stars based on the annoying rolling effect described above.

This pillow is really helping relieve my neck and shoulder pain that I have been waking with every day. It also helps me stay in a better position at night because of the contours of the pillow holding me in place. It’s supportive but soft and very comfortable! It comes with a nice cover to protect it, although I do use a satin pillowcase over it. If ordering the king size, make sure you have a queen size pillow case (20x30) because the pillow is not a true king size (which is 20x36). See photo for comparison. It’s still large enough for me. I put it away in my closet when I make my bed for the day. Because it is foam, it does have an odor to it at first, but I have noticed that it significantly faded in the first week. I am usually sensitive to this, but it didn’t bother me much. Just air it out when not in use and it will fade faster. Overall I give this a 10/10. I’m very happy with it!

This pillow literally saved my sleep and my sanity! For years, I have suffered with knots in my neck and behind my shoulder blades due to years of computer work. Additionally, I have suffered from two frozen shoulders. I was almost giving up hope after many attempts with a variety of pillows (feather, foam, beads). I’m so glad I took a chance and ordered this pillow. Within a week I felt my frozen shoulder loosen up (after a year of pain, plus unsuccessful massages, heat therapy, and a cortisone shot). I love that it is adjustable with a removable foam insert, and I use it with the insert. Two sides have different height levels to accommodate various physiques. I even recommended this pillow to an elderly neighbor also suffering from neck and back issues. So grateful I found this pillow and have been pain-free and enjoying amazing sleep ever since. Would highly recommend and purchase again.
