Used this for onion haves and white potato halves to cut into dices and it did a nice job. Sweet potato slices have to be relatively thin to cut nicely, but it's just a matter to slice thinner pieces, so no big deal. Not worth it for just doing an onion or two, but great for bigger jobs like canning where you need to do a lot at once.

I wish I had read description a little bit closer. I saw the mention of a bonus small dicer....I didn't realize you already get that size included ( so 2 of same size ) not a small,medium and larger dicer.....2 smalls and 1 large. That aside,it does dice quite nicely. I like that everything stores inside the clear container. Only other thing is the picture of what is included needs to be updated....shows a glove and didn't get one. I see some people's pictures shows they did. Description doesn't state you get one,but it's very misleading to show it.

This one is the best overall for chopping vegetables and fruit. Largest chopping area!

Thus works ok. It us a lot smaller than I expected. Almost quicker to cut everything by hand.

My mom had something similar to this while I was growing up with no issues.Let me start with the chopping function is fantastic and does the job. However the slicing function is very dangerous. My hand slipped while I was slicing cucumbers to in chip style. Then my mom who while I was growing up I considered a pro slicer on an appliance similar. She was assisting me for a party and was using the straight slicing blade to chop onions for hamburgers when her hand slipped way too easy and sliced a chunk of her thumb off.If this is the case then the piece should be sold with knife gloves or something. Do not buy!I would post a picture but it is a little graphic for posting.

too small an cheaply made

This good chopper was awesome. I’ve had several other brands in the past that never worked properly. This worked as advertised. Made quick work of dicing peppers onions and tomatoes. I highly recommend this product.
