Easy as 1, 2, 3...and 4.
The power supply came well packaged and in an anti-static bag. Installation was a simple matter of unscrewing the thumbscrew, releasing the latch, pulling the old one out, and sliding the new one in. The server has been humming along for weeks now.

Fits but is not recognized and rejected by the bios
Unfortunately my proliant dl360p server did not recognize the power supply and was unable to properly boot while it was installed. It was the correct size and wattage, it just isnt recognized as a valid HP power supply
