Started replacing my boring morning coffee with this and its honestly the best thing ive done. As someone who doesnt eat breakfast normally, this is tasty and i know im getting something + vits

Out of all the flavours this one is the best tastes just like an iced coffee great for morning meal replacement

This is absolutely delicious! I have it for breakfast and it keeps me full until lunch. Have been using it for a few weeks and have lost half a stone. This is my favourite flavour. I also add in some extra coffee to give me that extra kick. I mix in milk and ice and throw it in the blender to make it like a frappe.

I have now tried the Latte and just in yesterday the Apricot. I much prefer the Latte over the Apricot. Though the Apricot is ... ''ok'' and I will have it again! It reminds me of the taste of CalPol??? lol The Latte also has a very distinct flavour to it. I tried a suggestion from my friend to add a partial scoop of the chocolate flavour (to the latte) and it really gave it a nice kick (without exceeding the 'amounts'/scoops etc.). The latte on its own! is very nice and easy to blend. The apricot - took a lot of 'jiggling about' with my (electric) immersion/hand blender. I can't imagine doing that one in a shaker! It was very difficult to 'disperse' (I did see others with a similar complaint. NOT as good on the blending and the flavour could really use some work. Apricot 3 stars. (Did leave me feeling full however!!) The Latte - really good blending, nice flavour. I used Morrison's standard 'chocolate meal replacement' shake to do my 'add in' and it really helped. I think though because the Morrison's on its own wasn't as good as the Slimfast - I will be working to acquire some of the Chocolate by Slimfast. Overall - I really like the Slimfast powdered drinks so far. Though I will not be re-purchasing the Apricot!! lol (I could add a VERY small amount of no sugar added juice maybe to try that out). I DO recommend the latte for now! :)

I was surprised by how well it curbs hunger and appetite. I was a bit hesitant to begin, as I was hoping to shed a few pounds before my holiday. While 250ml of milk didn't seem like much, two scoops of powder create a thick and delicious milkshake, which I sip slowly. It does a good job of keeping me satisfied. The chocolate flavor is enjoyable; however, the Cafe Latte flavor is not as good, tasting more like bonfire toffee, which I generally love, but not in a milkshake.

I’ve been using SlimFast meal replacement shakes for a few weeks now, and overall, my experience has been fairly positive. The convenience is definitely one of the biggest advantages—being able to quickly prepare a shake instead of cooking or planning a full meal has made it much easier to stay on track, especially on busy days. In terms of taste, it’s better than I expected. Some flavours are quite enjoyable, although a few can feel a bit artificial depending on your preference. The texture is generally smooth when mixed properly, and it keeps me feeling full for a reasonable amount of time

I drink this in the evenings very relaxing

The powdered form is higher in calories than the ready-made liquid bottled form. It is INCREDIBLY sweet, with less coffee flavour. I have two cans to get through and will be adding instant coffee powder to increase the flavour, but will probably buy the bottled form in future.
