Great Android Auto unit
I had bought a chinese Android radio and was pretty disappointed, this was worth every penny though. Wireless Android Auto works like a charm, the unit is very responsive and sounds very nice too it has everything you want and nothing you don't ..I like that the screen tilts, and can be adjusted up and down as well...makes it easier to fit into your car.

Great value for a nice aftermarket wireless CarPlay stereo
I've had it installed a week, and am really pleased with this stereo. Seamless wireless CarPlay integration, decent sound, a really nice 8 inch screen, and a volume knob. All for just over $200! Install was relatively easy - just get the right harnesses, connect the right wires, and you are good to go. You have to pay attention, but it is not that complicated or difficult. I would definitely recommend this.

"Almost" perfect, with one "GLARING" drawback
I put this into an 2002 Ford F150 pick up with a single DIN opening in the dash. Replaced a simple AM/FM radio with no screen, to an Apple Car Play stereo (via corded connection) with a HUGE screen... My old truck looks like a Tesla CyberTruck now with a awesome display. I primarily use the unit for Spotify radio and Google Maps, although the integration with my phone for contact lists also makes making a hands free phone call a breeze.Self install was a pretty straight forward, but you have to be comfortable with doing some wiring and keeping track of which wire goes to what. I find the screen easy to navigate and setup, driving using Google Maps has never been easier with the larger display and I absolutely LOVE the volume knob. I can't tell you just how much I hate the electronic volume control adjustments on touch screens or + and - buttons for volume. I've had it installed for over a year and no issues with it working what so ever.I would give this a 5 star if for one GLARING feature missing, and the pun is intended. When driving at night the screen is far, far, far too bright. Unless I just haven't been able to find it in the settings, there does not seem to be a way to easily adjust the brightness. I actually have a small towel I keep in the truck and use it to cover the display when driving at night. This is a major downside to this unit. I believe there are more user friendly options out on the market (perhaps even with an auto-sensing brightness function) but probably at a higher cost.Other than that drawback, I am completely satisfied with this unit and it works great in an old truck giving it a modern update.

Great for the price
So I’m an apple user and the car play works just fine through Bluetooth. So far the system is good for the money. I have one like this that cost around 1k and sure it’s better, but for the price this is a good radio. Touch screen seems good and solid. You can slide it up or down depending on install.

Hard to beat for the money
I bought this to replace the $70 generic floating head unit I bought last year, which I really only did to see if I could teach myself to wire in a modern head unit and reverse camera to a 30 year-old car. I could, and that unit worked fine for a few months, but it increasingly struggled to recognize when my phone was plugged in, the display was bad, etc. You get what you pay for. This unit is WAY better. But still, you get what you pay for, so the sound quality may not be enough for true audiophiles. But it's more than good enough for me. The screen is sharp and clear, I've seen other reviews suggesting lag but mine has none - my big test is scrolling rapidly through songs in Apple Music. This unit has no problem doing that & will play whichever song you finally stop on, while the generic unit didn't have the processing power to keep up. My only caution is that a 10 inch screen is BIG. Make sure it fits your car. Mine fits the dash just fine, and doesn't block the vents, BUT I had to make a small modification so that I could use my parking brake normally. Otherwise it's really great, with good sound quality, a good screen, and an actual volume knob, which you want - trust me. My last one didn't & forced me to press the screen a dozen times to crank the volume up or down. This really modernizes an older car. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

Read before you buy - Honest review!
The media could not be loaded. - CarPlay 👎One of the key features that inspired me to purchase this unit(DCPA101) was that I read in the reviews people confirming wireless CarPlay and that’s a lie. Your phone must be plugged into the rear usb port for CarPlay to function. BTW the CarPlay user interface looks pixelated and compressed, it gives a feeling of a knockoff CarPlay.- Reverse Camera 👎The reverse camera doesn’t automatically switch to when you hit the reverse gear and viceversa, it doesn’t go back to what you were listening to after you go out of reverse. The camera does turn on when in reverse but you have to manually switch sources on the head unit every single time.- UI speed 👎The user interface was fast in the beginning but after 2-3 days, it lags when jumping from pages in the HOME screen. When In CarPlay and you hit the home button it lags to get there too.- Night Mode 👎Make sure to turn night mode ON to light up the buttons specially at night. The Auto dimmer doesn’t work. You have to manually dimm the screen at night every single time you turn the unit on. It would be nice if the buttons light up at night and the screen dimm down automatically.- Sound 👍The unit promises 60 watts per channel. After activating LOUDNESS in the sound settings, you hear its full potential. I have Four 6.5” Kickers (60w RMS) and they sound great with this unit.- Bluetooth 👍The Bluetooth connection is fast and easy.- Screen Size 👍It feels great to see an enormous screen on your dash.- Value 👍Overall the price is right for what you get.
