Extremely well built, with smooth and quiet function
Great product! We got the 5000 ticket one. The spinning mechanism is really well made and practically silent. The acrylic is thick and durable. And the ticket slot and access panel are well made, too, which a magnetic latch for the former and a keyed panel for the latter. If we take care of it this should last quite a while. And the packaging was exquisite. Completely encased in styrofoam and bubble-wrap, it arrived without any damage. We plan on using the packaging to transport it. All in all I'd highly recommend this product.

No handle on things :-)
Very small drum. The photo is a little misleading. It looks very large, but it is not. Kind of small. No handle to turn drum. Thought it came with one. Would still like to keep it.

Unfortunately damaged!!
I liked the product a lot! It was nice and a great size for what I needed it for, but unfortunately, the handle was broken during transit! But the company refunded my money! That was nice. I still haven’t found one as nice as this one!!

Sturdy and well made, and even pretty
I'm pleased with the size and construction of this raffle drum. I use it nearly every weekend at a charity raffle and it really gets attention when I spin it to mix the tickets because the shiny, clear acrylic reflects the light and makes a sort of light show as it revolves. The acrylic is assembled perfectly so that the corners all line up and it is balanced as it spins. The only improvement I could suggest is a small handle for the locked flap, as it is hard to open without using the key as a lever.

Not really big enough for 2000 tickets

Handle not a problem
I first ordered a used one and had to return it because they failed to send me the keys to open up the drum They were very helpful but I had to order a brand new one. I received a $10 credit for my aggravation. The new one is perfect for our queen of hearts raffle replacing a metal bingo container that tickets were sticking in the groves. The handle comes with no instructions but there is an easy fix. Keep the plastic tube on the metal rod and screw in the nut about a half an inch on the rod. The nut does not go on the other side of the plastic handle. Then insert the rod and screw it to the plastic handle until tight. Do not overtight. Handle is now snug and the drum is easy to rotate. Another option is to not attach the metal handle and rotate the drum by hand from the sides.
