This stufff works great and very fast. My muscles are back and my strength is way up. I’m able to go no carbs and keep my energy and strength up. While burning a lot of calories via fat. Getting lean for the summer I feel my abbs coming back. I strength train 4 days a week and walk on the weekends. 48hrs of rest during a 7 day week.

CONTRARY TO WHAT THE BOTTLE SAYS, THESE ARE not CAPLETS, THEY ARE HUGE, ODDLY SMELLING CAPSULES THAT LEAVE A BAD AFTERTASTE. I WOULD NOT TAKE IF YOU HAVE A NUT ALLERGY AS THEY DO HAVE SUNFLOWER IN THE COATING. WHICH, THEY DO NOT HAVE IN THEIR PICTURES WHAT THE INACTIVE INGREDIENTS ARE. WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THE PICTURE ONE REVIEWER LEFT. THE OTHER INGREDIENTS ARE AS THEY WON'T TELL YOU OVER THE PHONE: ORGANIC COATING MADE WITH ORGANIC MALTODEXTRIN, ORGANIC SUNFLOWER LECITRIN, ORGANIC SUNFLOWER OIL, ORGANIC GUAR GUM. I HAVE HAD DIABETIC AMYOTROPHY FOR A YEAR AND A HALF AND SAW THAT THESE MIGHT HELP WITH SOME OF THE ISSUES. I JUST STARTED TRYING ONE (WHICH IS RIDICULOUS THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO TAKE 3 A DAY TO GET THAT AMOUNT OF STUFF IN IT) AND THEN SEVERAL TIMES A DAY?), AND IT CAUSED SEVERE NUMBNESS THROUGHOUT MY LEFT SIDE AND LEG GIVING OUT AFTER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME STANDING/WALKING ON IT. IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL HOURS SINCE TAKING THE 1 AND SIDE EFFECT IS STILL THERE A BIT. THEY ARE WHITE AND DON'T HAVE WEIRD THINGS IN THEM SO PLUS FOR THOSE WITH MULTIPLE ALLERGIES OR WHO DON'T WANT ALL THE OTHER NOT SO GOOD INGREDIENTS.

I recently switched to Ultimate Essential Amino Acid Supplement after using another brand for a few years. Ultimate has more EAA than the previous brand, and the Ultimate tablets are smaller and much easier to swallow. Plus, a serving is 3 tablets, and the other brand required 5 tablets for one serving. There is no unpleasant odor whereas the other brand had a very pungent odor that was most unpleasant.

These contain maltodextrin called and they could not tell me how much which means there’s a lot. I am trying to avoid sugar and especially that cheap ingredient it’s a fake sugar. I saw these compared to perfect aminos and have to say no comparison perfect amino does NOT have maltodextrin and has 5 gram of protein each tablet. Ultimate contains one 1 gram. I’m an older person trying to keep muscle strength these will NOT help with that. Don’t waste your money on these pay a little more and get real benefits.
