Bad customer service unknowable of the item
All fits as it should and all looks well built but 2 stars for the customer service! They dont know anything of parts or specs besides what's in the photos lol can't even get heim joint specs! Should of just built my own...

Great product shipping package could use some improvements!
The kit is missing a couple mis alignment spacers and on bolt was too short so add another $15 to the cost but very pleased with the quality, functionality and cost! The packaging for shipping can use some improvements for sure! I've bought 2 sets of these and they have both been poorly packaged for the weight. But would highly recommend for a great part on a budget.

Looks good but missing hardware
Tie rod ends coming from the knuckle don’t have proper hardware to bolt kit straight on you’ll have to buy more washers and hiem misalignment bolts, also I’ve heard of them rusting fast so maybe paint them or just spend the extra couple bucks and get the painted kit with proper hardware.

You have to buy more stuff not a complete kit
Just know you have to buy 4 more misalignment spacers 3/4 -5/8 27$ shipped to your door from barnes 4wd . Also your gonna need a longer bolt from the hardware store the think the bolt has to be like 6.5 or 7 inches long . The shortest bolt that comes with the kitt hrow away or put aside. The next size up is your driver side bolt and the longest one in the kit will be your drag link at the pitman arm. The 7 inch bolt you have to buy will be for your passenger side knuckle . I bought 3 sets 1 of them the weld wasn't very good and not even touching one side . Had to re weld that myself others were fine . Also need a 5/8 reamer bit . For your knuckles amd Pitman arm

Great cross over kit for a 1997 jeep tj
Hardest part was drilling the knuckles out other than that smooth install came with all the correct hardware and makes the jeep feel a lot tougher

Poor product no instructions n missing hardware. Had to find a hardware store for some spacers n shims n washers
