Incredible battery life. CO2 matches the Aranets within ten to 25ppm. Received a 10% off coupon from Amazon, so it's almost 1/4th the original price of Aranet4. Even now it's almost 1/3 the price. Get this portable unit and add a layer of protection when you go out or are in crowds. The only drawback for me is no protective case as of yet. I've already ordered a second one with the same deal and giving it as a present. Would highly recommend.

Reasonably priced CO2 sensor market is not easy to navigate - there are a lot of devices with a lot of flaws, so I was pleasantly suprprised by this Qingping product. When I initially bought it, there were only a couple of reviews and I was definitely one of the first buyers. I have been now using it more than a year, so can give honest review.First device I bought started showing incorrect temperature/humidity settigs after a couple of weeks. Contacted support, got prompt response and returned the device as it was deemed defective. Completely normal process for eletronics - yes, issues happen, but this was handled and instantly bought a new one - there haven't been any issues with the new device since then.Vendor application and cloud service has reasonable funcionality - a little bit of history and a lot of tuning features, like CO2 alarm zones, update frequency, etc. It was easy to setup the device - I used manual calibration just because I trust things manually more.Initially there wasn't Home Assistant support, but after a while noticed my HA Bluetooth proxy found a new device and I was able to add the sensor to Home Assistant and have full detailed history and I could trigger tasks based on the readings - superb! And you don't need to use external cloud connectivity anymore if you wish.Battery in my case lasts at least two months - I've increased readings update frequency, but that is completely fine - having years of battery time is completely unnecessary for home use case, charging with USB-C is quick and painless.I've compared CO2 outputs with Aranet 4 - they are close enough and withing margin of error (+/- 100 ppm) and outside ppm is strictly around 400, so I have all the reasons to believe the accuracy is good.Honestly I cannot find any reason to give less than 5 stars - it looks very neat in the living room, good battery life, accurate readings, wide connectivity (vendor cloud app & Home Assistant) and reasonable price.Needless to say seeing how quickly those CO2 levels rise during the day and night, I've also changed my mind how ventilation should be managed - no more "heavy head" mornings due to sky high CO2 levels which was an issue before I knew what was happening. So this little device has definitely increased our life quality.Given device has now been statically placed in the bedroom, looking forward to buying one more just to move around the apartment or take with me if going somewhere just for the sake if interest.
