You'll need a replacement sketchbook on the quick, but an extremely great deal for the portability
I'll be honest - I mostly bought this for the organizer, and that alone exceeded my expectations for the price. I wanted something I could take on the go without taking up much space in my bag. This is a nice, affordable, concise set, and it holds everything in place properly with absolutely no mess. Additionally, there is a strap inside the case that allows the set to be put over the wrist or fastened inside a bag.Everything in the set I have seems to be sewn down properly. The elastic bands have decent springback and a good grip, so I foresee it lasting quite a while. The case itself wipes clean from minor icks with just a little water. All of the items in the set fit where they should with no hassle. The only downside to this purchase is that the sketchbook is 12 pages long. It's 12 pages of pretty good paper, but still 12 pages. If anyone is looking for a replacement that still fits in their set, I've bought and used this one successfully and with no complaints: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0025TYZXM/The one listed above has a spiral edge - a much needed upgrade from the one included in this set.Really though, any 5x7 sketchpad will do. You could probably go a little longer, but not too much, because the pencil sharpener and eraser should have a place above the sketchbook to close properly. You shouldn't try to go wider than 5. At 5, the book of 30 pages I have now -just- fits.Edit 04/01/2017 - The sketch book I recommended above does have rough paper. It's best for drawing PRACTICE and not detail work. I'm currently looking for a smoother supplementary pad. I'll update when I find one.

Love these pencils
I've been through every brand of pencil imaginable and for some reason I always go back to the R&L brand. They don't last as long as some is the more expensive pencils but I find they are easier to blend and more consistent than any other brand.

For what it is, it works very well
A couple of this you should know before buying this case. It is very small, the pad inside is small (5x7 in). I keep this little case in my backpack and use it for quick little sketches. If you want something for some more serious drawing, I would recommend getting a case that can compensate a 10 in pad. The pencils and case is what you are really paying for here. While the pad is well made and the paper feels good to draw on, it is small and doesn't have very many pages (about 12 pages). You could easily fit a 5x7 pad in case that has more pages, but I would just aware of the elastic band that holds down the pad. Overall, if you need a starter kit to do little doodles and scratch, I would highly recommend this case.

Great value
1st order) It’s all included, pencils, sharpener, and a small sketch pad. It has room still to fit another small sketch pad which was my initial plan.2nd order) this value is so good that I had to buy one for my girlfriend, it arrived quickly and she loved it.

TLDR: didn’t want a new set of pencils, got a new set, was pleasantly surprised and happy now✏️💕
Everything came perfectly intact and as described, I’ve put off buying a new set for a while mostly due to stubbornness and learning to use “new” tools for my art was a bit nerve racking. I had the mentality of I’ve worked with my same old set for years and I’ll die with them, so it took a lot for me to choose a new set and these ones didn’t disappoint. I miss my old set to this day and I’m still learning how to really use these new ones but it’s fun really, re experiencing the “ah! Yes I got it!” Moment over again is really nice and helps me appreciate my art and others art in the process. (Insta: satan_kitten)

Threw away the pencils and kept the case. The pencils are ok, but a 5B hardness isn't all that useful
Makes a good case for the longer prefilled water color pens I like. The eraser is good, but the pencil sharpener turned out to be a point breaker, and the pad of paper was kind of useless.I didn't need the pencils just the case, and the case is excellent.

Worth it.
I bought it for the case. It is a great little case and we'll worth the $$. However, the pencils turned out to to be a lot better than I expected. They are not top of the line, but more than adequate with good transition between degrees and decent smoothness. I did still switch them with my Faber Castell 9000 jumbos, which fit great, though could not put two per elastic. I switched the sketch book for the strathmore 300 pad which is the 3.5 x 5 size and it closes fine. Very convenient.I didn't try to use the sharpener or the eraser that came with it. I suspect that the eraser is fine but the sharpener does look cheap. You could easily switch that.I was even able to stick a sandpaper pad in there, and some stumps fit nicely next to the pencils.Anyway, you could certainly use this as is, or just use for the great case.

The Perfect Pencils and Carrier Set (H, B, HB and 5H through 6B)
Excellent starter kit +. Comes with eraser, sharpener, small drawing pad and H, B, HB amd 5H through 6B. They didn't come in order, which I thought was weird, but ... they are very good pencils, nice and sharp. The Zippered pencil case is thin and easily carry-able and comes with a carrying strap (attached on the inside, fold out to carry).

Description not entirely accurate but still a great item!
The description says there are 12 acrylic paints but there are only 6. Although that looks obvious from the picture I thought there might be some hidden on the other side of the internal packaging. Having said that I still think it's value for money and a great gift for my travelling daughter.

The paper is not the best quality and neither are the pencils but they are ...
Ok little set for the price. Got for my child. The paper is not the best quality and neither are the pencils but they are ok for children and the case is brilliant. I intend to add better pencils and paper as they go along and get more experienced with watercolour pencils.

pencils and case worth the money, but the pad is only 12 pages thick
Case is lovely pencils are great for a starter like me just the pad is only like 12 pages very dissapointed was hoping it be double or triple thickness but for the money the pencils and case make up for it. You get what you pay for.

Good for the price
I bought this for my daughter as a little travel set and she is generally very happy with it conisdering the price. The only downside is no black paint but it does have all the primary colours.
