Clean & easy to prepare
This is my first time of cooking millet grains outside of my country of origin. And I’m quite impressed with the quality, despite it not having the full nutty flavour that I was expecting. Anyway, it’s a rice replacement, so the taste does not interfere with the sauces & side dishes I use. I would recommend it.
