Downfall is Cannot track the device tag with more than 1 phone. Kinda big and clunky plastic case too. Rubber would have been better.

The size and shape of the device is small enough that it fits on my key ring without being bulky or heavy which is very nice. It is also affordable. The reason I gave I gave it 3 stars is because the instructions were extremely minimal and extremely small to the point that I had to use a magnifying glass to read them. The app is, in my opinion, not the most user-friendly and the instructions are very vague as to all of the functions/features of the device.

The device connects by Bluetooth to the phone, and the phone accesses GPS. Once the device is out of range, it no longer communicates with the phone, and it can no longer be found. Location information requires Bluetooth connection. Useful for finding keys in your house, but not your dog in your neighborhood.

I can't get them to hook up to that internet. Or anything and when you buy something I. Shouldn't have to buy new batteries for it immediately. I'm pretty sure of that's what it is. I wasn't expecting to have to go. Buy batteries for a product that I just ordered. They come in there, but they're dead so that sucks. I have to wait longer to find batteries for it. That part I don't like. I see that with a lot of things on here

The reason I choose this product was for the Bluetooth tracking and no monthly monitoring fee, I guess you get what you pay for.The instructions are not clear. I followed the instructions and the pictures in the instructions don't match what comes up on my phone. I've tried reinstalling the app twice and each time the same outcome. I was planning on using this on a cat that just showed up to let the owners know where he goes. Doesn't work, keeps finding my phone. Not happy or impressed with this product.

Product would disconnect from tile if in different room.

Had these before because its hard to find a diary which contains moon phases and sun rises/sets. Good value and quality.
