Hi,
Thank you for for reaching out! Our multi collagen is a hight quality blend of Bovine, Chicken, Fish and Egg Collagen Peptides. The fish collagen comes from 100% Wild-Caught cold water fish in North America. The chicken and eggs are sourced from US Midwestern farms and the cows are grass-fed and sourced in South-America. Hope this helps and we are here if you have any more questions. Regards

Question 2

Accepted Answer

Our Multi Collagen in not organic certified yet but we are actively working on the certification. All of our collagens are composed of wild caught sustainably sourced fish in North America, grass-fed cows in South America and natural chicken and eggs from US farms.

Question 3

Some people say that collagen is not absorbed in our body. Instead it is broken down by our digestive system and lost... Is this correct?

Accepted Answer

Collagen is one of the most abundant proteins in our body making up our muscles, bones, skin, tendons, hair and even our digestive system. It holds everything together in our body. As we age, our body produces less and less collagen which translates into aging skin, wrinkles and joint pains. A diet rich in Collagen may help the body's ability to synthesize collagen and replenish collagen levels as we age.

Question 4

Can you provide the full amino acid profile?

Accepted Answer

The amino acid profile is way wrong. Glycine should be around 30% and Proline around 12-15%. CodeAge stated that their collagen has Proline - 23%
Glycine - 21% . the glycine is too low and the proline is too high.

CodeAge stated: Hi Likas, thank you for reaching out! Please find below the amino acid profile of our collagen in percentage:

Proline - 23%
Glycine - 21%
Glutamic Acid - 12 %
Arginine - 8%
Alanine - 8%
Essential Amino Acids - 16%
Non-essential amino acids - 12%
