Arrived with 3 wheels?!
The luggage would be beautiful if it were unused??? I opened the box to discover only 3 wheels and scratches and scuffs everywhere. This item is broken and used- I’m not sure how this can be sold in such terrible condition. Very disappointed. On the bright side the luggage is lightweight and had the potential to be a very nice piece. I will be buying in person instead.

Love Delsey Bags
This bag easily is maneuverable, lightweight easy to pack, big bulky things. Usually I do a hard side but there’s sometimes where you need the depth in the suitcase is my go to.

Handle broke first use
Handle broke the first time we lifted it up and we cannot get a refund due to third party purchase. Neither the company nor the seller will refund. Very disappointed.

1 flight, aleady lost 1 wheel
The suitcase does not roll straigth. And now after 1 flight it already lost a wheel. Poor quality then.

Hadke is very clumsy. Carry on falls sometimes. Doesn’t stand.

The luggage was sturdy, lightweight, nicely constructed. The size is 17 inches not 19. For a smaller carry on it is nice. That being said the price is too high for the size.

Major wheel defect
I'm now on my trip dragging this defective luggage trying to find a box to return it. The wheels have major design defect: it cannot go straight line; it spins around on its own every step I go. Manoeuvring it even short distance is very difficult. A luggage with defective body is still acceptable, but a luggage with defective wheels????? What's the point of buying it?????? Don't buy this. I have other Delsey luggage which I have liked for years. But not this one. Manufacturer, please improve this product or stop producing it.

Aunque aun no lo uso, por lo que no podria calificarlo , puedo decir que me sorprendio por que es mas de lo que esperaba. Es de muy buena calidad. Otros Delsey que tengo estan como nuevos y siempre me han servido de manera excelente.

ONE FLIGHT & ALREADY LOST A WHEEL
Terrible quality. I only used this luggage once on a flight & when I went to pick up my luggage from baggage claim, one of the wheels had fallen out! I noticed a few other people had the same issue with this brand. You can find their reviews here as well. The quality is definitely not worth the price! 👎🏻

A great travel bag
Always been a Delsey fan as I do travel alot with work. I can pack a 4 to 5 day trip no problem. Outershell is different than my last bag so we will see how it holds up. Quick delivery as well.
