Will this psu work with a 8+4 cpu power pins

Yes, ARESGAME AGV500 power supply comes with one cpu cables that with two cpu 8pin connectors, the second 8pin can be split manually into 4+4pin, i.e, It can be effectively used as a single 8-pin or 4-pin cpu connector. If your motherboard only supports ATX 12V 4-pin (CPU) connector, please remove the 4-pin connector from the 8(4+4) pin and connect it to the motherboard (each 4-pin connector on the 4+4 ATX 12V connector will work). Hi there! I cant say for sure if it will physically fit in the case, dimensionally. If the current power supply is a standard shape and size, then it probably will. I can tell you that if your main power is anything other than a 20 or 20+4 connector, you will need to buy an adapter. I had to buy a 24 pin to 10 pin adapter for a Lenovo m900 workstation I'd bought for my office. Once I had that adapter the power supply worked fine.

Will this work with a dell xps8300?

It will work for any pc as long as it needs 500w of power. If you have made any upgrades to your pc it may require more power but if you havnt changed anything inside a 500w psu will be fine
