I've been using this product for the past month and highly recommend it. Here are the reasons why:• The packaging was perfect, ensuring it arrived safely.• Although assembly instructions were not provided, the seller sent step-by-step instructions on how to assemble it, making the process easy and free of confusion.• The finish is excellent. The design and color combination are superb. I specifically wanted a shoe rack with flap-open doors in white, and I'm delighted with this one. Its sleek design doesn't take up much floor space. Unlike many other flap-open doors shoe racks made of metal, this one is made of wood.• The top section of the rack is curved, just as shown in the images.• This shoe rack is spacious and can accommodate up to 20 pairs of shoes of different types and sizes. Additionally, the top section provides extra storage space for items as needed.• Unlike other customers' experiences, I found that the doors are properly aligned with the side panels.• Overall, considering all the pros mentioned above, this product is definitely value for money.

The parts were not properly numbered. Even the assembly video was of no use. The hole were not matching. Fitting not proper

Cons:1. They have mentioned Engineered Wood in the description and Oak material in details, but they have actually used particle board which is totally misleading, so deducted 1 star.2. Assembly instructions not given but by looking at all the unique parts you will get to know how you are supposed to assemble it. But, it is not easy that’s for sure. We assembled the product on our own, but wrong step can lead to scratches on new product. So there goes another star.3. After you are done with the assembly, you will see that doors are not aligned properly with side panels when closed (same has been mentioned by another customer in the reviews) it goes further deep than it should be, but you can add some material at the stopper for proper alignment.4. And yes top section is not curved as shown in the images. Legs are bit short so bottom gap is also less compared to what shown in the images.Pros:1. It is big, can accommodate 20 pairs of different types and sizes. Plus, you can use top section to keep few items as per need.2. Design and colour combination is superb, I was looking for this particular type of shoe rack only (with flap open doors and white coloured), so happy with the same.3. Even though it is made of particle board, it is bit sturdy so will last longer I guess.4. Considering all the pros mentioned above, it is value for money.Guests also like it as it is different than normal shoe racks and we used foam material (which came with packaging) on top and inside to keep shoe rack clean 😊Update: I fixed door alignment so shoe cabinet looks better now hence upgrading the rating.

The media could not be loaded. There is no manual, no video how to attach this, took me 4-5 hours to assemble this.Received this item in Delhi NCR after one month.Product quality not good, after assembling this, the rack wobbles and is not stable.

Quality is good. Assembling has to be done own your own. But it was fun assembling it. Final product looks so elegant. And its does the job well.

Do not buy this. This is a very cheap grade material made useless shoe rack. It may look nice but the material/wood is pathetic, easily breakable, this is what you call “halka maal” . There is no symmetry of the cut pieces delivered, no balance. When you call seller on given number, even if you call 100 times, he wouldn’t care to answer and has no audacity to call back their customers. It comes with a 10 day return policy but When you try to return, amazon will make ways of excuses like “This is a different product, please reach out to u” and then all the other hassle. Please stay away from it and DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy this
