We got this for our office about 6 months ago and I honestly didn't expect to be this impressed. We don't print heavily — maybe a few documents here and there throughout the week — but every single time we've needed it, it just works. No paper jams, no connectivity drops, no random error messages. It fires up, connects to Wi-Fi, and does its job without drama. The ink tank system is a big win for us. Since we're not printing in high volumes, the ink has barely gone down at all in 6 months, which means running costs are genuinely low compared to traditional cartridge printers. The transparent tanks on the side let you check ink levels at a glance without having to dig into any menus, which is a small but thoughtful feature. Print quality is clean and sharp for everyday documents, and the wireless setup via the HP Smart app was straightforward from day one. The scanner works well too for the occasional document we need to digitise. If I had to mention a limitation — it doesn't support automatic double-sided printing, so you have to flip pages manually for duplex. Not a dealbreaker for light use, but worth knowing if you print multi-page documents often. Overall, a solid, low-maintenance all-in-one that delivers exactly what it promises. Would recommend for any small office or home setup.

Review after 6 months. Good overall printer but lots of downsides too. Print quality is good, but slow even with black and white. Often the printer will freeze and not print until unplugged and reset, keeping you hanging when you need a quick job done. Overall pretty frustrating with this printer, lots of waiting for prints that never come. After 1 year: clearly a waste of money. This is not working. Freeze all the time, refuse to print even simple requests….

Up to now it’s the best of HP model, especially for the tanks cartridge

I m so dissapointed of this HP as I had great expectations! I only used it for few pages to print, it was a very bad connectivity to my laptop or phone, I called HP and they guided me but still at this time my printer doesnt work, multiple time printing get blocked during the process... what can I say, a waste of money for an ilussion great printer.

What a terrible experience. the instructions to set up are not for non-tech people, there are various missing areas of instruction. set up is very clunky and slow - as if it is a seventies machine. I also purchased a desk top computer; I had a technician come to set up the computer. computer was simple for him, he then checked why the printer was not working, he fixed stage 1 problem, admitted he knew what to do as he had a technical background, he checked the instructions and confirmed that the step he carried out was not within the instruction manual. THEN CAME THE TESTING, the machine did not and will not scan, he downloaded additional drivers etc. After 20 minutes spent on just the printer, (I was being charged for the time) he suggested that he would install any desk and help resolve the problem as it would be at no additional cost to me. I will never purchase any HP product again.

Great printer but hard to install

It works fine it had nice features Just frustrating at times especially with the lack of buttons or screen
