Simple, Loud, and Durable
Purchased this for my parents. The keypad is "dirt-resistant" and very clicky, making it easy for them to type. The "Number Talker" feature (where it speaks the number you press) is very helpful for people with low vision. Highlights: Loud Speaker: The sound during calls is clear, and the ringtones are loud. Torch: The dedicated torch is quite bright for emergency use. Language Support: Supports multiple Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).

A bad product
I suggest not to buy this product. It does not show the battery charge status which it shows constant all the while and does not show any change even after kept for charging for long time. Even the features are not good like there is no option to change ring tone neither increase or decrease the volume. Even there is no response from customer service after approaching them.

Working fine There is a software glitch showing"sending text message screen" pop up without any action sometimes.then device stuck, switch off and on will solve the issue. Torchlight is too good with dual LEDs. Battery lasts a week stand-by,3 days normal use.
