Pliable not stiff, and my husband loves it! I am late writing this review as I got for him as part of his Christmas present this past year, however it is very nice for his beard and scalp. I think is a great value for the money. Quality is seems good as well. I think will be very durable for a long time.

This thing is amazing! No doubt that you'll be able to tell a difference in your beard, especially if your like me and have an itchy beard. Works very well at putting the oil or leave in conditioner in your beard after using it in the shower!

This is really nice! It fits right in your palm, very easy to hold, and easy to use with the handle. It helps lather up my beard wash, and feels really good scrubbing my beard! I would definitely recommend this to someone who has a beard, and needs a good scrub!
