This is my new favorite everyday pan! I knew Hexclad was expensive, but I wanted new pans - these are ideal! I’ve cooked everything from meatballs, to eggs, to steaks in this pan. It can go right in the dishwasher (or it’s easy to hand wash). They are oven safe and super sturdy. The pans aren’t “heavy” but they don’t feel light and cheap. I love how the non-stick surface is on the bottom of the pan as well as inside! They truly look professional - the cooks on The Food Network can be seen using this brand on some shows. This size is a perfect fit for and kitchen!

Perfect replacement and a huge step up from my last one, a Costco or Walmart special, don't even remember anymore. Easy to clean, heavy, even heating, dishwasher safe is a necessity for our house, couldn't be happier. I am so in love with this pan. I've been wanting a HexClad nonstick pan for quite some time, but didn't know if it would be worth the price. Well, I finally found a great deal and bought the 3.3 Quart deep saute pan with the lid...it's my favorite size and depth. I literally use it for everything. Nothing sticks to it and it cleans up like new every single time. My 23 year old son loves it, too. I love the weight of the pan and the lid...everything just feels high quality and high end. It hasn't scratched a bit since we got it and it seems like it will last forever. I am very excited to continue using it and I will be buying more pans from this line.

Yes this pan is expensive, but it is one of those things I use on a near daily basis and it is far and away the best pan I've ever used. It is seriously nonstick, it is beefy and heats evenly. I've had cheap pans warp and not heat evenly, I can't see that happening with this monster. Most of us can't afford splurge on everything, but it is wise and long term cost effective to pay more for quality on items that get used a lot. This pan is one of those things for me. I'll cheap out elsewhere - lol

This is a wonderful pan for so many dishes. Made well, easy to clean, and so useful. It will last me forever.

I love the size and shape of this pan. I have only used it once so far but it is wonderful. I bought it to use when I need a larger pan for entertaining family members. I wanted it for saucy dishes in large quantity such as chicken marsala, marry me chicken, beef stroganoff....I love this pan, and it's beautiful!

This pan is everything I thought it would be and more. So far nothing sticks, it cooks evenly, the size is big and very versatile. Clean up is so easy. The only thing I regret is that I waited so long to buy it.

I’m a fan of the HexClad product, although it’s quite expensive. I only purchase it when items are on sale. The pan is the perfect size for stovetops, with the ideal depth for sauces. It fits nice on a typical large burner for both gas and electric stoves. It’s a combination of cast iron and non-stick, and I’ve noticed some reviews where customers complain about eggs sticking. However, I season all my HexClad skillets as if they were cast iron, and it seems to work well for eggs. On the edge of the pan, when cracking an egg will stain some and requiring a bit more cleaning to remove. Once clean, it looks great. Heating the pan at medium heat for a few minutes before cooking seems to work best, similar to a cast iron pan. It’s a 5 star product but at the price point, it’s only 5 star when on sale.
