Love this product. The water heats up super fast and it’s very easy to use. Comes with very easy to read instructions. Easy to clean! Doesn’t leak. Functions great! Super durable!

We got this to keep water warmed through the night for making bottle of formula for our infant, and I'm blown away at the quality for the price. The entire unit feels very well-built, with nice thick glass for the water storage and soft-touch plastics all around. The auto-lock on the control pad has also been invaluable since we have som furry feline babies that like to get into things, so keeping them safe from hot water has been an added plus. It holds a bunch of water and will keep it at whatever your desired temp is indefinitely, making a night time bottle as easy as dispense, add powder, shake, and go!

Had it for 6 months and it doesn't heat up anymore. Broken. See no information on warranty. Should've never bought it with my experience.Third review: dropped another star. The whole reason I got this particular model was for the 24/7 convenience but having to unplug this thing every day so the temperature stops fluctuating too high is frustrating. Also, my Dr. Brown's bottles, which are one of the most common brands, only fits under the dispenser if I angle and wiggle it in like a puzzle piece. I got this solely for baby bottles and it's just getting more frustrating by the day.Second review: Dropped a star - I've had it for a few weeks now. The "current temp" kept fluctuating and staying around 14 degrees too high and the only way I found I could fix it was to unplug it. Also, the temperature won't go below 99 degrees, which is frustrating because my baby won't take her milk when it's that hot.First review: Easy to use, easy to clean, and convenient to have always-ready water. I was surprised at how quickly the water heated up. I was pleased with how easy it was to replace the water. Only cons I have are that the chord is rather short so I can only have it in one spot, really.

This thing is great. We use it for making baby formula because we have maybe a minute between our infant whining for milk to him screaming bloody murder. With this, you pour, scoop, shake, and start feeding in less than a minute. CAVEAT: Do not let the water reservoir go below the half way mark if you're going to use it for formula. Once it goes under about half, it starts to go up in temperature by up to 10 degrees. Not a problem for tea, but it'll kill all the good probiotics in the formula. Either way, I'd still buy this again.

Very convenient if you have little ones. We have had it for over a year and still working fine. Only downside is there is a clicking noise every now and then.

It’s honestly a life saver! It saves so much time! It’s simple to use and very affordable! Easy to use! Has multiple purposes. We use it to make warm bottles for our baby! It can also be used for teas and other hot drinks! We love it!

Waking up in the middle of the night to make a bottle was hard enough, I loved how convenient it was to have the water available at the perfect temperature. Would 100% recommend for all mamas!

My first warmer I bought (from another brand) doesn’t compare to this warmer this warmer has been such a nice upgrade. Holds so much water has many temp settings it has been perfect. So easy to clean. The size of this is good I don’t have to refill it after every use. The way it pours out water, AMAZING! If you’re thinking about getting this DONT HESITATE

The product is not bad if you don't consider its unreliable issues, however, anything that won't work more than 6 month is pretty much not worthwhile, consider a $20 water heater would last for years. 3 months after getting this heater, the dipenser is already not working, then 2 more months later, it won't heatup anymore. I saw similar reviews so I'm not the only one.

It is a great product. Very convenient and user friendly. For an Asian, I tend to drink warm water. I could not find a suitable kettle until I found this one. Most other kettles are designed for temparature of tea or coffee. Only this one has option of warm water of 99 F (around 40 C).

Had a different brand prior. Got this one to replace for bedside night time formula feedings. Loved that you could clean and refill the water tank simply by lifting by the handle (vs moving the whole warmer). Very quick heat up of the water (this is good and bad). I chose this as a replacement because of reviews and the removable tank (something I did not like about my previous brand). My partner immediately disliked it and couldn't wait for the warranty replacement of the previous brand. The buttons are a little complicated to use and there are no actual buttons to push (touch), so it is hard to know when you have pushed a button. Possibly improving the buttons and possibly adding a button or two for function would make this an outstanding product (ie: a button that you push and hold to dispense the water and the water stops pouring when you stop pushing the button, vs push to turn on and push to turn off: it is easy to miss the button and the hot water keeps pouring). Another addition might be a separate button to increase the heat or move it so it is not accidentally pressed and the next use is boiling, when you only want warm for a child's bottle. Keep in mind, the use was for overnight, in the dark, half sleeping and it was maybe a little to complicated of a learning curve and dangerous if you made a mistake (boiling water for bottle or the water not turning off and spilling everywhere). Moved it to kitchen counter top when I decided to replace original model for the bedroom (Baby Brezza water warmer with light) and now it is in storage because I do not have practical use for it.
