I just held the brim over a steaming pot and rotated all the way around 2 times. The felt remembers it's original shape. Took less than 5 minutes. Much easier than returning it. Now the Pork Pie is perfect! Review: Junk - If you want a floppy, creased, dented and all around cheap hat that won't keep it's shape....this is your hat. However if you want a nice crisp hat made from quality materials that looks and fits well spend a few extra bucks. You can get a nice one here on desertcart for around $20 and you can get a beautiful one for between $50 to $130

Nice hat. Was not damaged in shipping. Husband likes that it has the inside ribbon adjustment for a better fitting hat.

Product arrived misshapen
Hat rim was misshaped out of the box. The only way it would be wearable would be to try to have a hat shop reshape it.
