Don't ever buy this auromin clock from either Amazon or from their own website. Firstly,the hands of the clock are so filmsy that they bend during delivery. Even if you somehow manage to make it work ,the clock will keep stopping time and again. Aa there is one year's warranty, I contacted the Customer service. Their warranty policy is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. They asked me to send the clock in its original packaging box to their address. After receiving the old one,they will give a replacement. Does anyone ever keep those packaging boxes after using the product? And for sending it through courier, I had to 500bucks. So I got it repaired from a local watch shop,the entire machine of the clock had to be replaced. This cost me almost 450 rs. After all these also,I don't know how long the clock will work. I request Amazon also not to sell these company's products. Please don't buy auromin clocks,big NO from a harassed customer
