Good and easy!
This is a good replacement hoop. My 12 year son was able to attach it to our stand with only needing help to fully tighten it on. Our stand blew over in a high wind, wind storm. I didn’t have time to put it on so he asked and I said yes. We have had if for about 6 months and it is still going strong!

Pretty good quality, so far so good.
Seems to be holding up good as an indoor hoop. I would give it five stars but the net arrived with knots untied(never seen that) and that was confusing to research and figure out how to repair. Also, the directions were useless for mounting. It’s relatively simple if you’re handy, but I know some people wouldn’t know where to start with the springs. Overall, I like it and my son has been lightly dunking on it.

Highly recommend for young children
This basketball hoop has been a great purchase. It’s sturdy, easy to adjust, and feels very solid once set up. My son has been using it nonstop and absolutely loves it. It’s perfect for practice and outdoor play, and the quality is better than we expected for the price. Highly recommend for families with kids who love basketball.

Broke in just less than a year
Lasted roughly one year before all the welds but one broke (two welds at rim and one of the two in the back. This was a purchase fail.

A fair replacement for my old and damaged rim.
I needed a replacement rim for a portable NBA branded goal I purchased from a different major outlet after it blew over in the wind. I could not justify paying over $100 for a replacement break away rim when the whole system was purchased new for 3x that. After a lot of digging to find a rim that fit the hole pattern I needed (and this one had many optional patterns) and had a spring loaded rim feature, I found this one. It came with usable hardware for both backboard and wall mounting and was easy to install with a hex wrench and box end wrench. I'm pleased with the purchase and has worked well since installation.

Great solid ring, so this does mean it's heavier than most of the other similar items on offer! Would recommend mounting to brick wall or a sturdy wooden or strong perspex backboard. Definitely value for money as this looks as if it's built to last!
