The media could not be loaded. I bought this travel and neck pillow for air trips and long drive road trips. The pillow came with two pairs of ear plugs, one eye mask and a carry-on bag. I was really surprised how easy it was to inflate and deflate it. The exterior fabric is removable and washable. Its fabric feels really velvety, soft and smooth. No need to carry a bulky soft foam travel pillow which may get dirty and touch different surfaces. I felt this I more hygienic way to carry a travel pillow in a carry-on bag. Its firmness is adjustable by controlling air pressure in it for a desired neck support. I liked its innovative design of having one side extended which can be adjusted & locked by a provided rubber expansion strap and further it is also useful to share the travel pillow with your partner while she or he is leaning on you while resting in flight. However, just make sure to lock the air plug lid properly from all sides else it will remain opened and may allow to lose or leak air if you mistakenly touch or press non-return flap in air vent. A great purchase!

I recently purchased this neck pillow for my travels, and it has been a game-changer. Inflating it is a breeze, taking just a few seconds, and deflating is equally effortless. The pillow conveniently fits into its travel bag, making it easy to store and carry. The material is incredibly soft and exudes a high-end feel. This seems to be a nice neck pillow. I inflated it to make sure it held air, then let a little air out so it was softer. It's definitely softer & folds up smaller than the hard foam pillow with a cherry blossom cover I bought at the DC airport last year. But buy it ahead of time so you can inflate & test it. Also, if you want that sleeping mask & the ear plugs, check to make sure those are included. I bought two of these and one box did not have ear plugs. Interestingly, I was also not offered the option of returning these to my local UPS store. I was directed to drive to our local Whole Foods, in an urban style shopping center & up an escalator & drop it off there with one of their busy grocery store customer service people. Great business plan there. Maybe the customer service people should be helping customers looking for groceries?

I feel this product is more suitable for car rides where one can recline the back of the seat. The airplane seat (economy!) does not recline so much and my head ended up being pushed forward with the pillow being behind my neck. I tried different ways but it was not comfortable, even deflating it some. I have a long neck so I needed that support on the sides of my neck. I haven’t gone on a car trip yet to give feedback but it did feel comfortable while I was sitting in my recliner.

This pillow is incredibly easy to pack. It takes up hardly any space in my bag when deflated, making it perfect for travel. It also comes with a carrying pouch. The design is well thought out and supports the neck and shoulders well. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in the neck and shoulder pain that used to accompany my travels.

Bought for transatlantic flight. It was very easy to inflate with 6 blows. It was a bit bulkier than I expected but had a bag with cord. I was able to ie it to outside of my carryon.What I didn't like was it was too large, even slightly deflated. I do not have a long neck. It was also covered in velvet which made it so hot! Left it behind at my first stop. 😐

For international or long flights I want a travel pillow but I never, EVER want to carry around a foam neck pillow at the airport because it’s going to touch every surface and get gross and be annoying to deal with. That’s why I started looking for inflatable options and after a great deal of research settled on this one. It’s easy and fast to inflate even as an asthmatic, plus because it’s inflatable you can adjust the fullness as needed. When I wanted to wear my sleep headphones with it I just made it a little less full and everything worked. I love that the cover is removable to be washed too. I never had any issues getting it back into the little carry pouch - I usually rolled the end that doesn’t have the air valve towards that side to make sure there was no remaining air and then shoved it in the bag. Honestly I usually get annoyed carrying a travel pillow that doesn’t fully satisfy its purpose and it doesn’t make it home from the trip - this one did and I will use it again.Another note - I had forgotten this came with an eye mask and ear plugs while away but when I was back from my trip and working on a diy project on my house I needed minor ear protection and suddenly remembered these. They fit nicely in my ears, and I often have issues with that when it comes to earbuds of any kind, and did a great job muffling the noise of the oscillating saw. Not sure these would be appropriate for intense noise protection but as a free included item they did great for my needs
