Hello, The RFID Blocking Money Belts are comfortable under your shirt and won't feel itchy or scratchy.

Q: Does is really rfid protection? or is that something the seller put in the title?

I'm not sure why you would need RFID protection. There seems to be a common misconception that credit cards with chips use RFID. They don't, the data is transferred via the contacts on the card physically connecting to the reader. Passport cards do use RFID but it's encrypted so nobody would be able to access the info and mine came with its own RFID protection.

Q: will this go through airport security unnoticed?

Actually, not true. I wear airport safe suspenders with a money belt and never take them off.

Q: Can it fit a 44" waist and does it roll down like a runner's belt?

Yes, it definitely fits 44'' waist, it has the adjustable strap. It won't roll down unless you do a lot of physical activities like running jumping etc.
