Good quality fog lights like OEM.
We installed this on our 2012 Toyota Sienna LE. The fog lights itself are pretty good quality. The wiring harness though could of come with better directions but was able to wire them. The actual fog light switch was too big for the factory location opening so I had to file down a little bit off the top and bottom of the switch to for the opening where the switch would go to. Other than that it works very well and fitted LED H4 bulbs and provides great light output.

Works for a '11 Sienna but needs some modifications
My model Sienna did not come with stock fog lamps, so it was a fresh install. I do have experience working on cars so I'm not afraid of wiring and taking things apart. The instructions were not the greatest. For any car wiring job, I recommend having a multimeter. I also picked up some silicone to seal the lamp housings as some reviews had shown water leaking inside the lamps. I also used a Dremel to file the top and bottom of the switch down as it does not fit perfectly in the panel and to file down the bumper for the tabs on the housings to push in further.I did notice the fused white wire should be connected to the +12V constant instead of the red wire like it said in the instructions. I found a medium gage green wire in the driver kick panel to use as my constant. This worked out well since there was a factory ground and room for the relay nearby. The red wire I connected to a green +parking light wire (pictured) I found behind the switch panel. I used a t-tap for this connection as I could not fit my solder tip in this area. For me, the toughest part of the install was running the wire from the cabin to the engine. I could not find a good factory firewall penetration and did not want to drill. So I ended up going through the fender well, which I do not recommend (pictured). I had to break off the top 3 inches of the inner-fender Styrofoam to run the wire. Not proud of this wire run, but it won't get pinched. I would recommend spending some time to find a better option through the firewall. There is another convenient factory ground right behind the driver headlight assembly. I ran the lamp harness along the fan wires, nice and tight to prevent getting chopped or touching the exhaust heat shield.

Perfect fit for a 2012 Sienna SE
I had a rock break out one fog light and figured I should just replace the set so they'd match. About six bolts and one connector per side is all it took to replace them. 15-20 minutes total for the entire job. These are about 1/10 the cost of OEM lights and look just as good.

OEM fit without the price tag.
These fog lights are great. The ones that came from the factory both broke from rocks. It wasn’t too bad to replace them. You’ll have to undo all the bolts on the bottom to get access to the fog light housing. They fit percent in the factory location. At a fraction of the cost of OEM, there’s nothing to complain about. Highly recommend.
