It is a good product, but man does it stink. It highly encourages you to drink more water. My first couple days of taking it and I noticed my urine was REALLY yellow ( looked like Mtn. Dew ). So make sure to stay up on your eater intake.

Best quality vitamins you’ll find at this price. They use Methylcobalamin as the source of B12 instead of Cyancobalamin (the cheapest form) cyanide based b12. That’s a major indicator that they are not just cheap junk vitamins. They turn your urine bright yellow which means your body is processing them properly. I set up a subscription to these because for the price you find anything better

PROs and CONs:PROs: Seriously works for me. More energy.. nothing crazy but I noticed a difference the first week. No stomach upset, even on an empty stomach. Slight increase in libido. Felt an overall sense of wellbeing.CONs:Smells and tastes horrible. I suggest using juice or something flavored and have it immediately ready to drink the moment you pop the pills in your mouth. However, I did not belch anything bad tasting after taking. Open and close the lid as quickly as possible. Lol.I will continue to buy because a couple seconds of stink is worth an entire day of feeling good. I'm 56 and feel much better

Holy moly. These vitamins are great! If you're interested your midlife and having some issues with your "performance ", definitely give these a try. You won't regret it.

Been using these a few days now and I feel good, no complaints and I'm sure my body is happy having the extra vitamins. Only complaint, kind of a funny taste after taking them... Probably take with food or juice or something might help.
