Elite Sports Jiu Jitsu Grip Trainer Simulate Gi - Resistance Band Grip Strength Trainer for BJJ MMA Judo & Grappling Training

I've been using the Elite Sports BJJ Grip Trainer for a few days now, and it's quickly become one of my favorite training tools. The resistance feels great, it's easy to set up almost anywhere, and it's perfect for building the grip strength and endurance. I especially like that I can work on different grip positions that actually translate to real gi grips, making it much more useful than standard hand grippers. Whether it's for warm-ups, rehab, or adding extra grip work after class, this trainer gets the job done. As you can see in my pictures, I'm also wearing my Elite Sports BJJ Gi, and just like the grip trainer, the gi has been fantastic. It's durable, comfortable, fits well, and has held up through countless training sessions and washes without any issues. I've been consistently impressed with the quality of Elite Sports products. They offer excellent value for the price, and everything I've purchased from them has exceeded my expectations. If you're serious about improving your BJJ—whether you're a beginner or a seasoned competitor—I highly recommend this grip trainer. And honestly, I recommend all Elite Sports products. They've earned a loyal customer in me!

I’ve been extremely happy with this grip trainer. It has noticeably improved my grip strength and my ability to control my core during rotating movements, which translates really well to jiu jitsu and grappling. One of my favorite things about it is how versatile it is. I can wrap it around a pole at the park, use it in my backyard, or attach it to a small anchor hook and train in almost any room of my house. It’s easy to set up, portable, and doesn’t take up much space. I’m already feeling real gains, and it’s become a regular part of my training routine. Great quality product and absolutely worth the purchase. Highly recommended for anyone training BJJ, MMA, judo, or grappling.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ These hand grips have been great for our gi grip warmups. Durable, easy to use, and perfect for building grip strength and endurance for jiu-jitsu and grappling. Definitely a solid addition to our training equipment.

These Jiu Jitsu grips are great and easy to use, i like that they are light and can be carried almost anywhere to use and strengthen your hands and easy to adjust, I like to use them to set up turns for throws or just set back and use them as if i am lapel fighting, the are comfortable and sizing fits and feels just like grabbing a real gi which make them effective and easy for the price value they are great, I would definitely recommend

Great material for anyone looking to improve their performance; the grip is excellent and very durable.

*****Update on My post*** they are totally the real deal the grip feeling are the same as the Gi's the resistance is just right for us to build up from and the best part they can be use anywhere. they are perfect. I ordered it as a surprise for my kids and they sure loved it, especially my daughter.ill post again once they use it in class

Bought to help with uchikomi’s. Works as advertised, but I found that the metal clips often clashed with my arms when doing certain turn throws. A little expensive for what it is but not dissapointed

Great tool to help strengthen your grips, comes with sleeve and lapel grips and a strong resistance band, has been getting plenty of use at my gym

These seem to be ok. Seller was very helpful when the delivery was delayed.

The item was missing the clamps but it works.

Cumple con las expectativas, buena calidad y me gusta que trae dos juegos para que hagas práctica de manga o solapa

Buenas ligas, aunque estaría excelente que añadieran algún manual de uso.
