This is such a a fun toy and I like there are different ways it can be used. My kids can focus on putting it together, or just using the built toy for imaginative play. Instructions were clear and my 7 year old was mostly able to build it on his own.

Actual product was excellent. It was a Christmas present for my 8 year old neice. She loved it. I "supervised" but it was easy to put together but challenging enough to keep her interested. Clear instructions. She realized she installed 1 piece upside down when she was 80% finished and it was easy to make the change with the supplied fasteners. She loved the little robots and when she gets tired of them, they can turn into a gumball or small candy machine. I took away 1 star not because of the product but the shipping. Some idiot shipped it directly in it's box with the packing label slapped right on the front, which for a present, made it pretty disappointing. Get the toy though, the kids will love it.

My 9 year old assembled this by himself and has fun playing with it. Learning experience.

This is such a nifty toy. The little gacha balls turn into the robots and the screw driver is the key on its head. Easy to assemble my four year old loved it.

This is a cute toy my 6-year-old asked for last Christmas. I got a great deal during holiday sales and for the inexpensive price paid, it was fine as a sort of project kit that hasn't been played with at all after the week we put it together. I figured it would be that kind of toy and probably wouldn't have bought it if my child hadn't asked for it and been excited about it. However, it is a nice activity set with fine motor skill work involved in putting the little robots together and problem-solving in putting together the parts and having fun watching the robot balls come out of the machine. Despite my best efforts, my kids would not keep the little robot parts all together in their designated bin, and so it can be a tough toy to keep track of for ongoing play for most kids. It is the kind of kit younger kids will need adult help to figure out, as certain things have to go together certain ways to put together the big robot - the instructions were fine, but not really easy for kids to follow at every step.
