I take two at the start of a bike ride, two more each time I stop to guzzle water, two more at the end. I go through a lot of fluids on a hot day and this keeps me comfortable and I return home not feeling depleted. They taste ok, but you don’t buy this for the gastronomic experience. I chew them first and wash all the flavors away with water afterwards. I’ve tried both the green (lime?) and orange flavors and am happy with either.

I bought these a few years ago when we went on a backpacking trip to Canyon Lands in the middle of July. Not sure why we thought the middle of summer was a good time to go backpacking there when the days were over 120 but we did. I bought these for that trip because I knew we'd definitely need the electrolytes with everything we were doing. Now a few years later we still use them. My son has started to eat them when he's feeling lightheaded and they help get him back to feeling well. They have helped my daughter with her POTS also. They taste like orange flavored Flintstone Vitamins, so they taste pretty good. They're effective and the texture is as expected.

I used them during the Arbaeen walk, couldn't have been more satisfied. I found them to be the best value of all the options and it was extremely convenient to not have to mix with water. Just pop them in your mouth and feel energized. Taste great too!

The product works great for my daughter. She doesn’t mind the taste. I was disappointed in the last order we received though. I ordered the 120 tablet size and got charged for the 120 tablet size but only received the 60 tablet one. I left message with company and amazon and never heard back. Disappointed in the transaction and would only recommend ordering the 60 tablet size. We do plan to order again, because the product works.

Orange flavor is pretty good, these reminds me a lot of the Flintstone vitamins for back in the day. A LITTLE grittiness but really not much, didn't have to hurry and drink something to wash it down. Even my kid liked them!
