These need batteries but it doesn't tell you which ones or how many. By looking, it seems to be 3x AAA batteries but when these are inserted it doesn't light up. Is this because they don't work or I've put the wrong type/number of batteries in them? Who knows! Can't seem to contact the seller so I'm left with one disappointed boy. If anyone has any info on the batteries, please let me know 🙏

These are brilliant, bought for hubby's collection but grandson (aged 2 n half) plays with them and they can take a fair bit of throwing about and battering. Qell worth the money, lights are pretty good too compares to others I have bought.

Swords look decent for a plastic toy but I found it impossible to assemble as parts of extendable sword would not fit into each other. I am definitely returning this product.No manual or note included so I am scrambling amazon page to find out what battery would have been used.utter dissapointment, dont buy

My son eagerly started to open the packaging and then asked what the metal thing was. I looked and there was a heavy, sharp, metal dart, loose in beside the two swords! Very careless packaging.The light sabers themselves are good and work well. They take 3 AAA batteries per sword

Really disappointing I bought these for a halloween costume. You do need three triple a batteries but unfortunately ours didn’t even work with the batteries. Poor quality

Disappointed to find it looked quite cheap and no advice on what batteries although sold as no batteries required!That said my great nephew loves it!
