Excellent bands for tge price,bought my second set for travel purposes.

This set is far better than I thought. It is only limited by your creativity as far as making it work for all of your gym exercises on that type of equipment. It is very durable, if you don't stretch it to the limit as is shown by the pictures of the adjustable part and you add more bands for more weight instead of changing the adjustment point, the bands won't have to stretch as far and that will increase durability also.All in all I really enjoy this exercise set and have used it almost everyday since receiving it. Way more useable by myself than the free weights and dumbbells I used to use at home, way safer.

The range of resistance in this band kit (5-85lbs) is great for my needs (185lb man). The initial first few weeks leaves me with the impression that these are high quality bands, of course you never know how durable bands are until you've used them for a long time, but these seem made to last. These bands have rather square edges and may be uncomfortable if your hands are sensitive or if you do high rep sets. You may find yourself wanting gloves.Update 9/1/23: Bands have proven durability. Used every week for over a year and they show no signs of fatigue or damage. Carrying bag also holding up well. The anchor piece is also holding up well. At the current price, these bands are an absolute steal. Resistance bands are so easy to use and so portable you owe it to yourself to buy these!
