SkyMed Cane Replacement Offset Hand Grip Color: Purple / Black

My handle on my cane has been fallin apart and had split half way doen the handle. I have looked all over for a replacement handle for months. Why it did not occur to me to check Amazon out, I couldn’t tell you. But I had found this handle in a catalog & then I thought that if they had it then A would. Then I asked how I was going to get the old one off. Well the directions are clear & easy. So when I started to remove the duct tape I had used on the old handle to hold it together, the old one simply unraveled with the tape. Omce you wet the new one, it goes on very easily. This one is perfect. It looks nice as My cane is a blueish purple print, so the handle matches beautifully. So if you have to use a cane, than at least it looks better and handles better. Thank you guys. Great product" I’ll be getting the green for my back up cane. This cane pad has outlasted any other brand I have bought and I am hard on my canes. Definitely will be buying more!

I absolutely love this. This is my second one I ordered because I have more than one cane. This is soft and cushioning so it makes it more comfortable.

Excellent purchase to replace a grip that got crushed between two grocery carts. Fits my Carex offset cane well. Easy to put in, as long as you wet the grip with water and twist it back and forth while you push it on the cane. During the first week or so, I detected a faint chemical smell that transferred to my hand, but that disappeared after a few days of use. The color pop of this grip makes it easy to find your cane, or to remember to grab it. The subtle ridges help the cane stay put on the edge of my desk without slipping. Because it is thinner, my hands (which are rather small) find this grip more comfortable than the original grip on my cane.

Once installed, this is a great product. The purple/black handle on my purple cane is great. However installing it is a royal pain !! The instructions say to wet the product, which I did. Really doesn't help. But what does help is ...... putting a high grade (fragrance of choice) - essential oil on the handle and pulling, shoving, moaning etc to get the handle in place. Once there, go make yourself a drink, because you'll definitely need it after all of the huffing and puffing. Yes, buy the product, but not if you're a weakling.

The cushioning on the grip gives the hand more relief during long walks. And the color sticks out among others in the physical therapy clinic!

I followed instruction and wet the handle of my cane and the handle itself. But pushing it on did take a bit of effort. When it got on I noticed that the ridges had torn. While it does feel comfortable it's not very durable if it breaks just pushing it on.

This was perfect, and I'm so happy with the color. Price was right and it looks great on my purple cane.
