Great product love every feature about it works as it should great price. Great value great quality. I love the ease of it. The 5 in 1 is awesome. Having the ability to use your fingerprint and the key if needed, which are very, very tiny, you get 2 keys and you could use your code electronically. Also, you can use the swipe. A card that you don't even need to touch it with like a hotel card. But you don't slide it in anywhere. It doesn't even need to touch just real close 123, and it opens, and you get 2 card passes, and they're about a quarter of a size of a credit card, and it comes with a little tether on it. And you could also open it with your phone. With yeah, which is very easy, I love the product. It's great would definitely buy again. And well, I've done a lot of research on these, and this seemed to be the best one for the money. And so far, I love it easy, install too !!!!!!Fingerprint sensor is really sensitive and work. S great, very fast, not sticky. Or slow works awesome. The card pass works easy and fast. Just like it, everything works fast awesome.Create price I think too for a great product !!!!!!!!

Easy enough to install, but as countless others have said, this thing doesn't hold up. 2 days after installing, it doesn't even light up and doesn't respond to the app. I had to use the key to open the door. Luckily I had it in my pocket. The app says it's unlocking and locking, but there's no response from the handle. It doesn't light up for me to put the code in or use my fingerprint. It's just dead. I'll be asking for a refund.

Super easy to install. Also has a bunch of ways to lock and unlock, such as downloading the app, being able to use fingerprint, or a code set up, also comes with a key and A square chip to use to unlock the door

This worked great but now that the knob is 2 months old and it won’t connect to the app, locks us out and goes dead. I’ve had to use the key several times to get into my room.*customer service reached out to me and was extremely helpful with sending me a replacement and we haven’t had any other issues with the replacement

I love this new door handle lock I have! It’s 2 in 1. SO easy to install!! I love the app connected with it to help you lock and unlock. I will say setting it up wasn’t the easy part. I’m still trying to figure out how to add the fingerprint and code lock. Overall I would highly recommend!

The wiring seems to be faulty and therefore the door knob’s digital features did not work. The fingerprint feature, literally died in the middle of adding a second fingerprint to my Tuja app list. The batteries were brand new and work within another device when I tested the charge. The wiring did seem a bit faulty, right out of the packaging but I hoped that it would still work. I ended up purchasing a different fingerprint door knob that is working fine. I want a refund for the faulty door knob.

In my opinion I took one of the included IC cards and place it inside the silicone sleeve protecting my vehicle remote so that I wouldn’t lose it and in the video showed how you can unlock the door with the IC card
