I actually bought it to burnish leather sides for my bags it has great battery life and the adjustable speed is perfect!

Works great. Comes with a decent amount of attachments.

After about 5 months of little use, the pen died. turns on only when held down the power button, then once it hits any material, or my finger, it stops completely. First thought it was low on battery, fully charged and same problem. now it's just a useless pen....the bits are pretty good. I use them with my larger rotary instead. Honestly, very worthless!--------------------------------------- Update: seller got back to me and agreed to replace the charging cable and case....I finally got them 3+ weeks later. So I am updating the review, and do like using the little tool. bought "like new" condition, and got one the is super used, box completely damaged, even the charger melt. Seller never got back on the problem or warranty.... If you got one that is working it is a nice little tool. Not for big jobs but great for crafters and those who needs more control, slow work pace.

OK...after further inspection....this was definitely USED. Bits are worn, no charger, no manual, no storage bag. Very disappointed.

It came with a good range of engraving bits, and will be an asset as it is easier to use than a corded version, the cord can be restrictive, which is why I chose this one. Battery life is good and does not take long to charge up again. A nice tool that fits comfortably in the hand and has variable power outputs for different working materials.

Tras comprar la misma herramienta de otras marcas baratas por ahorrar dinero, me cansé y decidí invertir un poco más en esta arrowmax, sin duda un gran acierto, puedes controlar la velocidad desde su aplicación del móvil, trae su cajita con todo perfectamente guardado, tiene bastante potencia y la puedes usar durante mucho rato que no se calienta, al contrario que si pasa con otras marcas baratas después de pocos minutos de uso, también quiero destacar que la mía vino con un fallo y la marca respondió y me mandó otra sin ningún problema, cosa que es de agradecer. Todo esto lo escribo d es sones de ponerla a prueba durante mucho tiempo con un uso muy intensivo y 0 problemas. Sin duda os animo a cómprala, es un producto de 10.

Après un soucis avec mon appareil, le service après vente c'est montré hyper réactif ! Une solution amiable vite trouvée et rapidement réalisée... Malgré ma déconvenue, moteur robuste ( qui ne s'arrête pas quand l'outil touche la matière , comme certains stylos '' made in china'' ) , panoplie assez complete d'outils performants et boîtier rigide
